Excellent Shuttle-bus Drivers
I just wanted to let you know that the First Student drivers, Tim and George, did an excellent job for us yesterday morning on our church shuttle-bus operation. They arrived to the shuttle lot about 10 minutes early and were personable, cooperative, and competent in their driving duties. We look forward to them being our drivers for the next four weeks. -Church bus coordinator.

Our ride never came to pick us up on…
Our ride never came to pick us up on Saturdaywhich stranded 45 teenagers an hour away from home. We had to scramble to find rides for all of the kids to get back to our town. We had to pay extra on an already tight budget. This is unacceptable!

Amazing service
Used the service as a post wedding shuttle we had originally booked them for 2 trips but no one wanted to take the 1st shuttle. We talked to the driver they were very understanding, they just hung out for us till the wedding was over and shuttled everyone to the hotel for us. Amazing price. Great service
