NO attention to detail ! Contractors who carried out the work just rushed and it showed ! When pointed out over several months!!! Someone did call after three failed appointments , they would be good at playing chess. I don’t expect the ten year guarantee will be worth the paper it’s written on. 🤬

I am over the moon with my new windows and doors. Everything went exactly to plan, the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, the surveyor was helpful and experienced and the fitters did a wonderful job! The quality is superb and we would definitely recommend First Choice.

This company does not honour it's 10- year warranty. Multiple calls and no response. This is the latest in a series of calls over the past 3 years, non of which have received a response.

We had a new garden back door fitted, looks great and the fitters did a fantastic job, they were very tidy and friendly. We’ll be having them back in the future for more work.

We had our porch fitted with a composite door and were happy with the service. Additionally we had a flat roof fitted afterwards. Dale and Noel did an excellent job and were very friendly and professional.

Just had 8 windows fitted with this company ray was so friendly and helpful, husband and wife team fitted them and I can't fault them, they worked so hard, never stopped and very friendly, highly recommended, thankyou so much, I'm over the moon with them

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were scheduled to resolve an issue covered under their warranty but failed to do so. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, my concerns were ignored, and it became clear they were unwilling to honor their warranty on the doors and windows. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend them. If you are looking for reliable double glazing with a genuine warranty, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I was very happy with there salesman , Ray fromsales. Very helpful. Charming and polite . Had my interest at heart.

Worse than one stars - Avoid this company and any other companies associated with them, we have a front door that's bowed so doesn't shut properly and a warm weathered conservatory that is falling down. We had our work done in 2020 and spent years trying to get them to repair the damage and have since spent thousands of pounds getting structural engineers out and additional builders to correct the mess they left us with. They sold something they couldn't deliver and then wouldn't carry out any after care, despite all this and all the emails we have as proof and photos they still have the cheek to ring us to see if we want anything else doing - I cannot write how much damage they have done not just to our home but to our mental health. AVOID them at at all costs!

We had our windows replaced beginning of the year, we had a man and woman doing the work, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves
Only one thing I should of done is make sure the outside windows upstairs were cleaned properly but that was my fault
No problems and happy with the work that was done

Absolutely amazing service from first choice, Rays advice was honest and very helpful. Windows were fitted exactly when the said, fitters kept everything clean and tidy, leaving it as they found it. Will be returning for a new front door very soon.

We’d also recommend Steven Iacono for being great with advising the sizing and styling of the windows.
Also for the whole crew that were in charge of actually putting the windows up, Lucky and Romey. They were great at their job and left no mess after themselves.
Once again we highly recommend the whole company.

The work carried out was very professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and we are very pleased with the end result. We have recommend them to all our friends in case they need any work doing. We have already had them back to carry out more work for us and we are again very pleased with all of the work carried out.

Straight forward people to deal with, work completed on time and no issues following installation. Competitive cost. I would use First Choice Windows and Doors again.

Very impressed with the overall experience from start to finish. Ray the sales rep is approachable and very pleasant the fitters are very hardworking and respectful. A superb job couldn’t ask for more.

From start to finish this was a 1st class experience.
Ray came out and gave us a price. It was a good price for how many windows we needed, no messing about like some window places. It made us feel more confident we had made the right choice.

The fitters where a man and wife team, they were amazing cannot recommend them enough, no mess left in my house, they cleaned everything up after themselves all old windows taken away they were really professional and got things done. They worked so hard.
My husband isn’t easily pleased and picks fault with every single thing we have done round the house, He couldn’t find anything.
We are over the moon with our new windows and doors. I would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, if I could give no stars I would but as their complaints procedure page at the top of the website gives me direction to the financial ombudsman service, at least I may be able to finally sort my issue. Had 3 windows and 1 front door fitted 2021. When fitted all was well and we received a 10 year warranty with the exception of the front door glass panels which had not arrived. I therefore had wood panels on my front door for days waiting for the panels to arrive. After this, we noticed that the front door caught and slammed which was not ideal, we informed the company who said they would come and fix it. 4 whole years, many visits and phone calls later, the door is still not fixed. I now have a baby who's room is above the front door which wakes them up every time it opens or closes. I have had a number of days wasted at home waiting for an engineer to come and see the problem, they have either not turned up and expected me to be there the following day on no notice or turned up and offered the same solution which does not work (changing/altering hinges). The company also call me every now and again to ask whether everything is solved or if I was happy with the service, when I answer no, the cycle starts again. Would not recommend. Will be seeking further advice.
