We're very happy with our new bedside tables which are stylish, well-made and, most importantly, narrow enough to fit our small space. One quibble: the items turned out to be darker than in the photographs; however this hasn't been a major issue. Fishe and Lilly were the only company we could find online that offered the size we needed, and we are happy overall. Quality is excellent and the service and delivery were great. Many thanks.

Finding solid furniture that actually fits a narrow space without feeling like a flimsy afterthought is half the battle, so hearing that we were the only company with the right fit is absolute music to our ears!
I really appreciate your honest note about the color, too. Natural wood grain and room lighting can definitely play tricks on camera, so while we try to keep our photos as true to life as possible, timber will always have its own unique personality. Pay attention with these guys and check your refunds.
I cancelled my order and they kept my money for almost a year. I had to threaten them with reporting them for fraud to get my money back and even then they didn’t return the full amount they owe me and attempted to withhold interest. Only after I have left a 1 star review they came to their senses and returned the remaining amount. However I feel like they did it because they wanted me to update the review rather than because they understood that they shouldn’t keep customers money.

I was hunting for bedside tables no more than 30cm wide which blended in with existing bedroom furniture and came across these. Solid wood, modern look and fit perfectly!! Amazing addition to our room. Easy to order fast delivery and extremely well packaged. Did not have to build these - just had to screw leaving which was perfect!

The pieces come already put together; you just have to add the feet, which is amazing, and they feel like the best quality wood out there. The delivery was super speedy. Two men brought it directly to my door. And they came super well packaged.

Lovely efficient friendly company to deal with. A lost/delayed item was the fault with the courier. A scratched item was quickly resolved by F&L.
The website accurately illustrated the console table, which although not of the top quality, does the job we required. Overall very pleased with our purchase.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had…
Probably the worst experience I’ve had with any furniture company. Ordered a table, the table was faulty. The table was picked up and instead of sending me a replacement, I was sent the exact same table. I then proceeded to contact customer care who then informed me that I wouldn’t be receiving my item for another three months.
It’s a shame because the quality of the furniture is good and I’d recommend it. The quality control and the support was what let this down.

Excellent in every way
I had never heard of Fische and Lilly but it came up when I was looking for a sofa bed to suit an old style / retro room suggesting the Oslo mid century modern tufted, which was perfect. As I needed it delivered to a remote area and for a particular window of time I was not optimistic it would be possible but Fische and Lilly made everything very easy and the customer service from Stephen was superb. The delivery was scheduled as promised and it was possible to also arrange assembly.
The sofa bed arrived today and is as perfect as I hoped. I could not recommend this company highly enough and will use again.
