The cups did not do as much as they advertise. The sound was only noticeably improved. Cupping my hands behind my ears worked better. These cups are basically a rip off.

I did not get the item I ordered and I have had very little response from Customer Service via email. I am beginning to wonder if Fishpond.com is just a scam, as Customer Service does not seem to care at all about my addressing problem. I am very disappointed!

Advertised on the purchase screen there were five dog pull toys for $29. This is a deal knowing that the same dog toy sells at Walmart for $8.99. But when the order arrived there was one dog toy in the package. Nowhere on the purchase screen does it say you get 1 toy or even a place to choose which option you want. It is advertised as to scam the consumer into purchasing a dog toy that is valued at $8 for $28 plus shipping. So in realty after shipping costs I was charger $36 for a $9 valued dog toy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Fishpond has a terrific selection of DVDs, some items are available here at their site that are absolutely *impossible* to find anywhere else on the entire "Not-Dark" internet! Good work, you guys. Only issue I have with this company is that their communication regarding the status of the order I placed was a little schetchy, but my order did finally arrive, so I am only taking away one of their stars. If they get the communication thing sorted, then they get my full five stars!

Fishpond are completely hopeless. I order lots of books from various suppliers and they are by far the worst. No email address, no response. A dreadful service - it looks good on the website but the content is rubbish

I ordered Hampton Turnbuckle Mfg# 02-3426-103 - Sold As 40 Units, so I ordered a quantity of 1 for $45.55. It would seem to be for the 40 per unit and the cost that I paid would be suffice what I needed.
I received the package on or about the 13th of January and opened the package to find just one turnbuckle. I contacted the company on the on the 17th, due to being out of town, and notified them through email that the product was suppose to be 40 per unit and stated the price paid for the one turnbuckle.
They then asked for pictures of the turnbuckle and packaging label, which I complied with. Did not hear from them after that, sent another email to ask the situation and still have not heard from them until I received a notice to give them a rating.
Due to the customer service that Fishpond provided and the cost and quantity being flawed, I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
I want to thank them for ripping me off $43.39 for an item I picked up at The Home Depot for $2.16.

Product never turned up. Company totally uncontactable. This is a scam. They basically stole £90.

I have not received what I bought 3 weeks ago nor either a notification of where my order is …. I’m glad I did not buy something expensive!

Easy, peasy lemon squeezy!

The idea is good to 3D print the impeller that Breville doesn’t offer as a replacement part. Unfortunately the 3D printed impeller that I paid $47.00 for could not possibly fit into my machine. There were cheaper versions but they were for earlier models. That’s why I paid the higher price because it was supposed to be specifically for my model. After tearing the grinder apart I found it was way too large to possibly work!!!

I ordered Riverdale SouthSide Serpents (snakes) temp tattoos and today my order arrive with butterflies & flowers tattoos. I'm not exactly thrilled to give these to my son for Christmas.

I Purchased a couple of Christmas presents from fishpond back in early November. I was informed the items were in sick and would ship within 2 days. It’s now Dec 20th no items received! The customer service is non existent, thankfully PayPal has sorted it. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEB SITE!!!

My mother ordered a gift for my niece’s birthday but that was supposed to be shipped to the UK from the US, but it never arrived. She has tried many times to get in touch with them, with very frustrating results, they’ve neither reshipped, nor refunded her, and have now stopped engaging entirely. She’s put of pocket by over a hundred pounds, which is causing her a lot of distress, and my niece is still waiting for a birthday present.

A lifesaver! My favorite bronzing powder from Clinique was unavailable everywhere but fishpond had it!! It arrived on time and in perfect condition!!

I was disappointed by how long it took to receive delivery: 16 days. Since your advertising claims "ships from US", I assumed quite a bit less. I chose your company because you ship from the US, and you did not notify me in advance that you would have to back order. The delay was disappointing. If you have to back order, you should notify the customer, and give us an option to cancel. Sometimes, timing matters.

My vinyl record arrived quickly, and in great condition! This particular record was hard to find, and I was very pleased that Fishpond.com had it available.

sent the wrong size shoes and after numerous emails they said they would refund them and the post if i sent them back , numerous more emails and i finaly got some of my money back but not all of it and no postage refund
