This company is nothing but a scam. You must report them to the Department of Consumer Protection and the Attorney General for your state. The state of PA is already investigating them due to the number of complaints they've received by consumers. also, file a claim with your CC or paypal.
Do not waste your money, I am not big busted and this bra is like a couple of rubber bands and kleenex strung together. No lift, not support AT ALL. Customer service when I wrote and told them, they closed my ticket and I have the emails to prove it. Fly by nite company, bad product unless maybe you are an A cup. Don't waste your money, very disappointed.

The bra I ordered said 34 ff it came and was extremely small only suitable for a b cup size they sent a replacement which was a 34 h but when it came was exactly the same size as the 34 ff which like I said was only suitable for a b cup size then I discovered they had charged my card two payments of $31.63 in one month on a vip benefits which I had not authorised I sent email to challenge this with no reply they completely scammed only offered a 30% refund on the bra I purchased which was a complete insult they have robbed me of $100 and the bra is completely useless they are scamming people out of their hard earned money advertising completely useless bras that only fit b cup and under but claiming that cater for bigger cup sizes i wish I had read these reviews before I trusted they were an honest trading company complete scammers should not be allowed to continue being in business

It is a substandard product, the padding is too much not worth the money. Very poor customer service. The return policy is crazy. Why would I pay for the return shipping label??

Do not buy from this company, I wish I read reviews prior. Firstly you do get a product but it so substandard and poorly made. It should not cost the price it does. Thats if you make it through the check out without them charging for 3 or 4 extra items you didnt order. They know their product is so poorly made that they dont want you to return for a refund and offer only 40% refund ut you keep the item. If you live in Australia they know you will take it as postage to the US is about 50% of the cost anyway. THEN a month later I was charged AGAIN for some subscription looking thing that I didnt ever sign up to. Now Im in a fight to get that money back too. They teeter on the line of fraudulent so they can still operate but its definitely not a decent company. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order on Oct 8, 2024…. And today Amex called me about “company that has been noted as a Sam. Turns out that in 7 months, they charged me $31.63 5 times. When you call they say it’s a VIP membership. I never selected this. It’s one product why would i need a membership with a monthly fee for the ONE item i wanted. The charges wasn’t even monthly but random. They have several LLCs and domains “basic shopping” , “fit charm” and another.

This company is fraudulent. I placed an order in October 2024 for $31.63 and not only did I never receive the product, but they have been charging my card the same amount every month since — without my permission.
I only recently discovered the unauthorized charges and reported them to my bank. My card has now been cancelled due to this fraud.
This is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have shown zero accountability, and I'm still waiting for a full refund.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Had to go out of my way to write a review as this company has given me the right run around! Sending me products I didn't order. Deducting money I did not authorise! Be so careful!! Scam you out of money any way they can through the smallest loop holes.

Awful company from start to finish. I came across the company through an IG ad. When I finally decided to purchase, I wasn't sent an email confirmation, they overcharged me by 5X and added 7 duplicates of the same bra which i didn't order. The signed me up for a VIP account which said free on the bill but then charged me for months before I caught on. The billing came from a company called Basic Shoppwhich WTF.. how shady and unclear. My return was never refunded and when I went to cancel the recurring charge, they only reimbursed half of the last payment. Never again!

I ordered a size 46D bra on January 7. I got a confirmation email which said to give 2-3 business days for processing and 5-8 business days for shipping. That's a maximum of 11 business days, my bra should have come at the latest on January 22nd. Not only did the bra come over a week late, the size is not correct. It says 46D but that bra is definitely wayy too small, like smaller than my hand.
I tried to call them to get a refund, but despite the hold line saying id have a 2 minute wait time I waited for more than 10 and nobody answered. I sent an email requesting a refund but they first tried to offer me an exchange for a better size, when I refused and insisted on a refund they tried to offer me 30% as a refund. They then told me in order to get a full refund I would have to return the bra on my own dime, which didn't make any sense because at that point I still wouldn't have received a full refund if I have to pay for shipping.
The truth is this company is a full on scam and I'm out $31.99. It's a good thing I read reviews before they were gonna charge me again for some kind of fake VIP membership.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with! The bras are worthless pieces of material and expensive! I asked for a refund because they did not fit, there is zero support and had no coverage! I was told I could only have 30% of my money back! I paid full price and deserve full price in return! Then they closed my ticket without any further resolution, so I paid $65.00 for junk! Never buy from them!

Total scam. They have been taking over $30 out of my account every month saying that I subscribed to some VIP program which I never did. They told me they would give me $15 back and I’ve been charged for four months. The bras are total crap probably four size is too small. This company needs to be looked int. Yet they don’t send you any emails for the charges or any products.
I just happened to check my bank account and noticed these monthly charges.

Reviews speak for themselves. Although I couldn’t tell you how they can possibly have 1.8 average rating when every review I can see is 1-star.
Don’t be surprised if they contest your negative review as not being genuine and after you provide proof of it being genuine they claim that it’s hateful or otherwise against Trustpilot’s rules.
The company’s product is junk, and every single statement on their website about it is a lie, including the claim that this is an underwire bra (it’s basic cloth bra-shaped junk).
Their “hassle free returns” are a lie. Lots of BS back and forth, offering many “options” like to ship you a different size for free, asking for pictures, and saying that you have to pay for return shipping before they would approve the return.
Responses to reviews here are also garbage. They don’t care, they are just trying to project an image of company that “cares”. If they cared they would immediately refund returns and not force people to threaten to contest charges with their CC. And I also got an extra charge for $9.95 for allegedly expedited shipping. Shipping took ten days like their FAQ claims it does for everyone.
And worst lie? That they are located in NYC. Of course this is so that you’ll think your product would ship from US or maybe even made in US? This company ships from China, and I’m guessing that’s where the rest of the operation is.
If you find any good reviews I’m 100% sure they are fake because this product is simply junk.
P.S. on the plus side, just like it says in their reply here, they did just refund my order.

Received the product and while I ordered the correct size, and I received an item with the corresponding size on the tag, it was laughably tiny. The FitCharm website states “hassle free return/exchange.” I can tell you it’s a 100% hassle.
I emailed the company for a return on Tuesday. I was specific and asked to return the product and receive a refund. I received a response on Wednesday requesting a photo of the shipping label and the bra tag. In the email, I was only offered another product. I replied with the photos and asking again for a return and refund. Their response came on Thursday morning, offering me a 30% refund and allowing me to keep the product to give to a friend. I immediately responded saying that was not acceptable and again stated I wanted to return the item for a 100% refund. It is now mid day Friday and I have not heard from them.
