TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! I bought a bra in "my size" and it was 3 sizes too small. They said oh don't worry dear customer just keep it and we will send new one in the correct size. They sent the same exact one. This took over a month. In the meantime unbeknownst to me they were charging me $30+ a month for some bogus vip subscription service that they automatically sign you up for when you select a discount code for free shipping. Then I asked to return to get my money back and they said they would refund 30% if I didn't return full if i return both in the original packaging but they won't provide a return label. In the meantime they drag out getting back to you because they are charging you this monthly subscription fee without your knowledge. When you dispute with paypal they keep saying they will give you a partial refund. This is just another asian scam company.

I would never order from this company…

I would never order from this company again or recommend anyone else do so. The bras do not fit at all they are really cheap and very over padded. I called their customer service to do a full refund. She tried to keep tell me that she would give me a discount to keep the bras .
I said no I want my money back.
Then she informed me that they would not be refunding tax they are keeping the tax on a product that I am not keeping and also they are charging me shipping. I have never heard of anyone keeping tax on a product that's being returned so of my entire order they are keeping 18%.
This is why I hate to order anything off of Facebook or Instagram because sometimes you'll order and you think you're ordering from company ABC and then company DEF ships the product. This company doesn't even go by Fit Charm it goes by Basic Shopping and they are based in China. In addition I thought I was ordering one bra and because she said I didn't uncheck the Box they shipped three more bras of the same identical product. I ended up with four bras and all of the same quality and same style. Ridiculous. What a waste of my time and money! Don't make the same mistake I did. I would never order from this company and I'm stopping all of my orders on Instagram and Facebook
After sending back the product at my expense and then calling again with the shipping tracking number they finally credited my charges, less shipping. I am doubtful they would have followed up without my call again. A pain. Still won't order from them again. Product was terrible.

DO NOT BUY FITCHARM

I wish I had read these before purchasing. I purchased 1 bra for a client’s shoot. At the time of check out I was charged the price of 1 bra. When I looked at my bank account I seen an additional charge for $151. When I emailed the company to see what the charge was for think they made an error they insisted I made the purchase and order 3 additional bras and underwear, mind these weren’t even in my size or my clients and was a completely different charge. I requested they cancel my order and they stated I would love the items and to give it a try I told them they weren’t even in my size and I just wanted the order cancelled all together. They then stated they would refund 25% of my order and I can keep the items I again declined this offer. The rep told me they could not cancel my order and I had to wait for the items to get to me and return them for a full refund. When I got the order I again reached out to get a shipping label and return instructions and they stated they would not provide the shipping label and I had to return to the return address in the bag. They blamed me for the error and then made me pay for shipping back so I won’t be getting my full refund even though their site states they will give a full refund no questions asked within 30 days.

Useless if your large busted

What is this bra supposed to do? Besides bruise the back of my underarms, the straps twist, which causes it to go into my skin and as for any support? There is no support. I'm a 36 triple D and I ordered A 36F. There is no support whatsoever. I can go brawless if this is the case, the only thing it does is cover your nipples. That's it
So again, what is it supposed to do?

Same as all other reviews. SCAM

Same as all other reviews. TOTAL SCAM. Purchase 1 product and your automatically signing up for a subscription that’s not advertised anywhere on their site until you keep getting reoccurring charges… then and only then are you prompted to scour their site to find in the umpteenth section of their terms, a small notation of this “subscription”.

Complete scam

It's a shame I can't give them negative stars. It's a total scam. They'll charge you for things that you don't ask for and then insist that you accidentally selected them. I bought two bras and somehow they tried to charge me over $170. They insisted that I must have selected that I also wanted this extra bra and $75 worth of underwear. Yeah... Okay. Then they said that I selected expedited shipping. The order was back in February. It's now March 15th and it still hasn't arrived. They said they were going to refund me 50% and then it turned out they were supposedly only refunding 50% of the cost of the merchandise that I didn't want anyway. And then to boot... I contacted my credit card company and even though they said they had refunded me partially, the refund actually never happened. So they never sent the merchandise, they lied about issuing a refund, they charged me for things that I did not agree to, and they disappeared when I started pursuing a refund. Avoid this company at all cost.

Terrible customer service and company

Terrible customer service and company! I only bought 1 bra and they claimed that I ordered 3 more in the wrong size! They did refund that order but then said that I ticked a box to become a VIP which I did not do. I never saw that box! They charged me for expedited shipping even though I said I wanted to have regular shipping. They took money out for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for. Then they only offered 50% back instead of a full refund. I would never order from a company like this ever again! I will check reviews carefully first.

Be very careful if you order from this…

Be very careful if you order from this company. I ordered a bra in January which was received. Last week I noticed another deduction was made from my account, when I queried it I was told I had selected to be a VIP member which meant deductions would have continued. I did not select to be a VIP member, I simply ordered a bra. I challenged this and they offered to refund 50%. I have refused this and asked for the full amount taken to be refunded. To date I have not heard back from them and I will be esclating via pay pal.

Horrid. Stay away at all costs

One star because zero stars wasn’t an option. Horrid return policy and customer support. The website wrongly advertises “hassle free returns.” In fact, there are no returns. I kept bugging customer support for a return label. They kept trying to get me to keep the product for a 30% refund. Two weeks later, when I got them to give me a return address, I had to pay $20 out of pocket to return it!!! A $20 return for a $40 product. What’s worse is that I have still received no acknowledgment or refund.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I could give zero stars to rate this company. Terrible product, shocking customer service
I ordered two bras and because of their dodgy order form, I received a total of 5 bras. I received one invoice for the 2 bras but they charged my account for 5 bras. When I raised this and asked for a refund for the 3 I didn't order, they tried to persuade me to keep the 3 bras and offered a 30% disc for more! I told them no way and asked for a returns form. After many emails they begrudgingly sent an address in the US said I would need exact packaging for refund. The items are made in the Far East. I never got a chance to return. The bras were supposed to be different sizes but they are all identical. Avoid this company.

Fraudulent subscription

Still taking my money and I just caught it. I never signed up for any kind of subscription! I bought a bra and they’ve been charging me every month since! Scam!

Continued to charge me, never received the product

I ordered two bras in October 2023 that I never received. I contacted customer service who told me it was lost in the mail. I initially let it go as a scam. I received an alert from PayPal for a charge of 31.63 from Nymbus LLC, then realized this was a recurring charge that started in November 2023. When I called, I discovered it was for a Fitcharm membership that i never signed up for on a bra that I never received. This is a total scam. They did refund the charge from today, and said they will refund the membership fee for November and December. They originally offered a 30%, then 50% refund for the bra if they can ship it out again. Of course I declined and they state they have to get permission for a full refund. I will dispute this with PayPal.
