Order taken and not delivered back in March. I have tried to contact the company on different occasions to give them an opportunity to respond with no reply. Complete farce. Recommend avoiding them.

Unfortunately the bar arrived on 5th October, but not the weights for the bar. No one has contacted me to let me know when they will arrive. It is now 10th October and they have asked me to review something I don’t have!! Really!!! Extremely disappointed at this poor customer service

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please accept my sincerest apologies if you have been dissatisfied with your dealings with us, I am very sorry that you felt the circumstances surrounding your order warranted a review of this nature.
I have looked into your order and can see that all three packages were dispatched from our warehouse at the same time, but two have become delayed at your local delivery depot. I have spoken with DHL to resolve this, who have confirmed that these should be delivered to you tomorrow. Please accept my sincerest apologies that these did not reach you in a timely manner, DHL were unable to advise as to why this delay had occurred whilst I was on the phone with them, but they are investigating.
I have checked our customer service records and can see that you have not made any contact with us about the delay in the arrival of these goods. Given the volume of items which we dispatch, it is not viable for us to check the tracking details for each one to ensure it has been delivered without incident so we rely on customers contacting us in the rare event that things do not go according to plan. Had you made contact, a member of our customer services team would have been more than happy to investigate and resolve this matter for you.
Our review request emails are sent automatically a certain number of days after your order has been dispatched, so it is not something which we do manually prior to checking the status of goods, please accept my apologies if this was not clear from the email and for any subsequent inconvenience that has been caused to you as a result.

There was a delay with my order
There was a delay with my order. I sent an email to question this and the customer service team were excellent. I received a very quick response explaining that a mistake had been made. I was given a refund of delivery charges and the items arrived quickly true to their word. I was extremely impressed with the way my email was handled. It was an open and honest approach with quick results! Well done to the customer service team!

After reading a few iffy reviews on…
After reading a few iffy reviews on this company, I decided to try them anyway as they were so much cheaper. One of the items was misplaced by DHL but fitsupplies customer service was excellent, they kept in contact, didn't BS and resolved the problem quickly.
Highly recommended.
