The quaity of the flag looks great
The quality of the flag looks great. We had a storm a couple of days after I raised it and we had 60 mph winds. Still looks great. The personal touche of the thank you letter was nice. Could tell it's a family owned business.

Thanks very much. As a small company, the additional overhead of a phone system was too much this year. We chose to keep flag prices at 2021 levels rather than raise them. Customers can reach us by email or the chat function on the website.

I can’t begin to express my disappointment at receiving a beautiful “patriotic” coffee mug decorated with the Pledge of Allegiance (all packaged up in a red, white, and blue ribbon) that was made in China!! What about Buy American?! Disgraceful!! My mug ended up in my recycle bin, and I found another one that was actually made in the USA. I love it and will definitely buy more for gifts.

This customer was refunded without question within minutes of her precious complaint. This vindictive attack on small business is very patriotic. I understand people get a rush from expressing disappointment and virtue signaling online. I guess it doesn't only happen on the View or CNN.
Our printer at the time sourced mugs from across the globe and printed our designs in California as disclosed in the product description. We no longer offer mugs on the website as it is now cost prohibitive. Thank you.
