Great products and service
Great products and service. We ordered multiple items and part of the order shipped immediately, the Company let us know there could be a lengthy backorder for the remaining portion of the order due to unforseen supply chain issues. We were given options on what we could do, and opted to keep the order open which was subsequently delivered with no further issue. We appreciate the level of personal interest and involvement this company has for their customers.

Fabulous Flag but Disappointment in Mugs
The flag I ordered and service from Pledge Project was excellent (10stars). While product quality was nice, I was disappointed that mugs I ordered were Made in China. I didn’t realize that and would not have ordered them because of their production origin.
I will order from Pledge Project again and recommend to others.

Thank You, Mary! Enjoy your flag - we're glad you love it. We understand your point on the mugs. Pledge Project is quickly approaching our First Birthday. Starting a new small business, particularly a patriotic one, during the pandemic has been challenging. We are actively searching for U.S.
Once we are able to meet product minimums for U.S. manufacturing we promise the blank mug stocks will also be made in the U.S.A. Until then they are still designed in Connecticut and printed in the California.

If I could give your company 100 stars I would do it. John went out of his way to go find a flag that was not in stock at your store and found an equivalent flag, driving miles out of his way.

5x8 American Flag wonderful service
I ordered a 5x8 American Flag and we are in awe. We feel so good about buying an American Made flag from Pledge project. The flag was backordered but the communication was so great and it arrived sooner than expected.
The flag was wrapped so nicely we will always buy our flags here. Such a positive experience.

Excellent flag
The new US flag is excellent! Arrived quickly and with a hand written note from the business owners (you won't get that from china)! Sent a friend a pic of the note and he asked if that was the web site cause he needed a new flag also. The flag is well made and is flying patriotically right now. Thank you again for this exceptional flag and your outstanding commitment to this great country.
