This is the 2nd time using Flat Beds and another amazing experience. Hannah was great! She was responsive and provided options that helped immensely in making a decision. Definitely recommend Flat Beds!

Fabulous service from Hannah. Great to be able to speak to a representative by phone, not just online. We gave her a rough outline of our travel plans and she quickly found multiple cost-effective and practical options for our trip. Much easier than doing our own research on various airline websites.
The booking process was very easy and we were able to select preferred seating for our flights.
We were also given options for travel insurance and hotel bookings.

My consultant is always so helpful finding me the best deals. I’m amazed at how much I can save on business class flights using this company. I used to think these flights were out of my budget but have found with Flatbeds they are sometimes not much more than a Premium Economy flight.

the only thing i can fault was with the updated route we didnt receive the layover times which we assumed would have been similar to option one on the first layover sent out being business all the way and not mixed.

What can I say...our consultant Jodie got back to me very quickly with a few options, and suggestions on keeping the cost down by using different airports. Within 2 days I had two tickets to Europe in Business Class for less than I have ever paid. Well done Flatbeds (and Jodie!).

One minor suggestion would be to use SMS to alert when there is something super time critical.
