Awful experience. Admin team cancelled all the documents and had to resubmit meaning additional credit checks. Not happy.

I'm a first time customer of Flatfair and me and my family are really pleased with the service they have provided. What a wonderful idea to help people afford to private rent whilst keeping the added cost of a deposit down. What would of been a security deposit fee of £1211.00. With Flatfair we only paid £352.80 which leaves us with a significant amount of money to spend on new items for our new home. The process was incredibly quick and easy as well and they provide you advice on all things to do with moving home and making it as straightforward as possible.
