Horrible to deal with 5 weeks wait and saying delivered and never did

I was skepticle at first but my other half saw them and said it was cute so I went ahead and ordered as a gag gift - bit of a giggle if you will…
Ahhhhhh the quality 😅🙌 I was no expecting the lace and garments to feel so soft!

Honestly I was blown away! I’ll be ordering more for every day wear but without a name 🙊🙌

Terrible communication. I would have zero problem with processing or shipping delays if they responded to literally any of my emails but I paid for the “priority processing” which they didn’t even start processing until almost a week after I placed the order then chased them for an update. Still haven’t received my item and no idea when it will be delivered so no idea on quality yet but my hopes are not high. I would honestly skip any extra fee on priority processing or express shipping and don’t order if you have a specific date in mind (or just order like months in advance)

Late shipment to begin with but gave it benefit of the doubt assuming quality was being assured before dispatch when product arrived it was badly made and falling apart and even a letter fell off! I emailed asking for a replacement or full refund they said they’d reply in 48 hours it’s been nearly one week and I actually resent the email no response back avoid at all costs!

I'm still fighting with them. Sent the shipping to the incorrect address, so product never arrived.
They want me to pay for shipping again for a replacement order to be sent to the correct address. Yes their complete error and they want me to pay more money...not happening.
How do you complain to an authority with an online seller like this, it seems they can do anything and get away with it?

I ordered at the start of June and paid extra for priority processing and it still took over 3 weeks to arrive, it didn't look anything like the pictures and the jewels have fallen off after one wash as they are only glued on.
Id actually asked for a refund several times before it was shipped because it was meant for my wedding day and wasn't going to arrive on time and I gave plenty of time for it to arrive as I doubled the times they said it would take in their website and it still hasn't been shipped. I was repeatedly ignored on this with them stating it was going to ship in 5-7 days.

I placed an order. Lingerie (personalised thongs) x2. I didn't receive email confirmation, so I don't have the order number. I sent an email, that I want a refund. No one answered. They charged me on my revolut, that's my only proof.
Took money, no goods, no answer.

Even one star is more for this pathetic website, no proper customer service, no accountibility, no updates on delivery dates, no information about the products at all once the order is placed. customer support will keep telling that "soon order will be delivered" however they dont talk in number. pathetic service, frustating and the worst place to shop. I would rather customised it by myself. SCAM SCAM SCAM. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE>

This is quite literally the worst shopping experience ever.
I ordered on May 29th, paid for express priority. I got it June 29th.
It was meant for fathers day. NOT TO MENTION IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Not at ALL.
The bows are TINY, and the letters are terrible quality.

The product is absolutely fabulous!!!! Exactly what I thought it would be. Sized up and glad I did.

The quality of the items is so great. I got exactly what I ordered. It took a lil minute due to the high demand of items. The company did keep me informed and updated on what was going on. They even offered extra perks for the wait. I will be ordering from them again and you should too

I received the wrong sized item and provided proof of this to the company. It took weeks for a reply and I was told I was wrong and they sent the right size (they didn’t). The only solution they offered was for me to pay shipping again to get the correct sized item I already paid shipping for. Horrible customer service and theft of my money as I did not get the correct item I ordered. On top of sending the wrong size the personalized name on the item wasnt even centred or straight and you could clearly see the dried glue on the sides of the lettering. Terrible, cheap company as a whole. Don’t waste your money. You can order a pack of bedazzled letters online and make your own personalized items for cheaper and probably better quality.

DO NOT ORDER!! My order was never sent, I contacted them over 10 times regarding the whereabouts of my order and they claimed that once the item has been shipped it is no longer their responsibility! There is no proof my order was ever shipped as the shipping information wasnt correct. They are a scam website! I then requested a refund and they have refused! I have all the emails to prove how useless they are, avoid at all costs!

I ordered before Valentines day. Still haven't recieved my order. Been in contact with carrier and "customer service". My package was lost and now i can't get a response from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered one pair and my boyfriend loved. The quality was good and I was pleasantly surprised. So much so I ordered 3 more.

Ordered personalized items. Was very specific in my order. They sent the items incorrectly and when I reached out seemed to be willing to correct their error. However 2 months later I reached out for an update because shipping takes forever and they’re now saying they aren’t fixing the error because it wasn’t their fault it was mine (it wasn’t I double checked 3 times before submitting) even though I sent them pictures proving they sent the wrong things and they had already agreed to fix it. Terrible customer care to say you’ll fix your mistake then gaslight your customers. Have been dealing with their mistake since March.

Terrible company. Never received my item. I placed order FEB 24 it is May 20th and nothing. I contacted them and they responded at first, that it was delayed. Then I kept emailing and never responded. This is a scam.

Very disappointed! Terrible customer service! I ordered on April 18th and paid for priority processing and I still have NOT gotten my order! Asked for refund but just getting the go-around from customer service representatives. Tracking has not been updated and they say it has been delivered though there is no proof of delivery! Was very skeptical and I should have trusted my gut! Wasted money on TWO pairs that I’ll never get and never get a refund for!

Horrible company with non existent customer service. I ordered an item and it was shipped using a third party shipping company who never delivered the item. When I reached out to the company they failed to respond to email. Still going on a month and have yet to hear back. Save your money. If you want a similar product you can find one elsewhere from reputable sellers.
