Horrible customer service and huge scam. I've been waiting over a month for my order and still haven't received it. Flawluxe told me it takes 2 to 4 weeks to process the order but no tracking number or shipment notification has been sent to my email. Then, they sent me a fake tracking number for an order in 2022. Next, they told me they couldn't issue me a refund because of international shipping rules which is false. They directed me to call the carrier directly but I don't even have a shipping number. Don't buy from them they'll take your money and no product.

This is a scam. Check out the comments on insta. Facebook is paid marketing

Ordered 13th Feb and I’m still waiting for the product despite their shipping saying up to 14 days. I chased with an email on day 16 and was bluntly told that it’s being custom made. It’s been over a month and the status still says the package hasn’t been shipped! AWFUL!! I’ve just sent another email so let’s see what happens!

I placed my order almost a month ago. No confirmation other than a text. I go on their website with the order number they gave me and it says it can’t be found. I have emailed them numerous times with no response.
Pretty sure all these “reviews” are false. If I could get my order that would be great.

Was told 1 to 2 weeks instead it's been 17 days crazy better off ordering from a different place cause this is a unbelievable

***SCAM***DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I ordered on the 13th February. The communication is bad, i've emailed them 4 times asking for a refund. They say they have got to make to order, but I still haven't recevied a tracking.
They keep ignoring my requests for a refund saying if the product is with the carrier. They are unable to refund until product has been received back. But the product hasn't left yet.

They refused to update my shipping address after waiting almost two months for the order and I never got a refund. They don’t respond, they called me the wrong name, the wrong customer name. You can’t talk to anyone real. They make it hard for you to get any updates. Evidentially, I won’t get my underwear or my money, NEVER buy from them. EVER.

This is a fraud company disgusting. I’ve already contacted credit card company. I hope they get banned everywhere. Disgusting disgusting disgusting. You flood our social medias with your fake shit. Do not buy. They are fraud.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I placed an order on 2/7/26 today is 3/6/26 & nothing. Not even a tracking number. Still says not shipped. I paid an extra $1.99 for the expedited delivery & bought it during the promotion when it was guaranteed to be delivered by Valentine’s Day. Jokes on me, but I disputed the charge. I emailed them on 2/21/26 with no response. STAY AWAY!!! Do NOT purchase.

This has to be the Worst , I placed the order they said 48 hours to ship and would arrive in times for Valentine's , well today is March 6th, still not received. Still not even showing in process yes, so if they have a million great reviews it all seem like fakes vs reality of their business . They don't answer questions from the customer service link either.

Scam - didn't get my order. Ordered on the 7th Feb and promised for valentines day, like with many of the other 1 star reviews here it's early March and nothing has been shipped. Customer Support had the usual spiel about custom made, in production, blah blah.
Had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back

Ordered from flawluxe on 2/11 for Valentine’s Day after seeing an ad on social media. I assumed it would’ve late or miss v day but still be a fun gift for us. It’s now March and no idea when it getting delivered or if it’s been made yet.
I reached out to support 3 times to be brushed off to the side saying it’s in production and will be made soon… that’s been 2 weeks of response. When I threatened to cancel my order, they said they can’t give a refund because it’s in production. Zero faith or trust in them at this point.

I ordered a simple 2 piece set for a gift for valentines, over a month later still hasn't showed up, and no one has gotten back to me over email. What a waste of $40.
Edit: over a month later, it finally shows up at my door, I open it, its all correct. Don't bother getting the letters, THEYRE HOT GLUED ON, WTF!?

I would rate this store 0stars if I could. I orders what I thought was going to be the perfect Valentine’s Day outfit for my boyfriend. After paying for priority shipping, imagine my surprise when Valentines came and went and still no package. I had no outfit to wear for my boyfriend!! As you can imagine I was VERY upset. THEIR customer service is the absolute worst. AI responds pretending to be a human being. Anyway, I out in a claim and thankfully got my money back. Please avoid this store at all costs. Get your lingerie elsewhere and save your time, money AND sanity!

I placed an order for a custom pair of underwear on February 10th and have had an extremely disappointing experience.

I sent multiple emails asking for updates and received absolutely no response. My order has still not been shipped, and in my last email I requested a cancellation and a full refund. Once again, no reply.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company just to get a response. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to buy from Flawluxe.

Do NOT buy, saw on instagram saying it'd get here before Valentine's Day . I ordered Feb 2nd.. never got a status update or anything so I then messaged after a couple weeks. They said due to high volume orders it was delayed. It'd ship out soon. It's now March 3 and there still not movement and I still have yet to receive it! Save your time and money 💯
