SCAM! Ordered on February 4 because they promised delivery by Valentine’s Day. March 1 and it still has not even shipped. Avoid at all costs!

Haven’t received my product yet. Hoping it’s what I need.

Made an order, then made a seperate order with something more fitting, asked for refund in the next 10mins and was told it was already in production and they could not refund, they also would not cancel and refund the item that was not being customized. I highly doubt they would have started production in the 10mins I made the order to when I asked for a refund at midnight, they have since changed the refund policy to say they will only do refunds if it is faulty or damaged which I think reflects poorly on the business. Even to this date they say my product is still in production, it has been a month. I normally don’t make reviews but I think this business it not being transparent or genuine to the words they are saying
The reason you cannot comment on their Instagram is so we cannot put true reviews for others to avoid this scam

Delivery take a bit longer than you’d expect take caution

Horrendous, scam, don’t bother buying!
I was very excited to receive my Valentines order- I paid extra for priority processing.
However after almost a week, my order had still not been processed even after paying extra for this to be an expedited process.
I got in contact to ask about my order and received what seemed like an AI response saying they are a ‘small business’ and to be patient(after receiving my order tracking from China, I can safely say they are not a small business and this is a cover for their cheap manufacturing)
I emailed them back asking for an update and for my priority processing to be refunded if they cannot complete this service. I was totally ignored.
Since then I have sent 3 more emails asking about my order as it had been over 2 weeks with no update, and apparently was still in the ‘processing’ stage. All 3 of these attempts to contact them and gain information on my order were ignored. I was concerned I was being scammed and was ready to report to my bank for fraud. The worst customer service I’ve ever received.
It took 3 weeks before my order was shipped with no contact between this even though I made my concerns clear.
The 2 tracking links I was given did not work at all and said they could not find my order- leading me to be even more concerned.
The only way I knew something was actually on its way was through the ‘Shop’ app.
I was honestly surprised when my items actually turned up and hoped they would be nice after all the stress of this process.
I was left hugely disappointed. The items I received were of such cheap, tacky quality with the strangest sizing proportions I have ever seen. I am petite so ordered a size small, the back straps almost hangs off me. The suspender length is also so so strange. Long enough for maybe a 8foot woman!! So again they hang off even when adjusted. Not flattering at all! The thongs were also massive! Unnecessarily large elastic that I could pull all the way up to my chest!
Additionally on closer inspection- the items are not even as advertised!! There are straps that are pictured on the models for example that are not on the item I received. If it had these extra straps that are supposed to be there, the fit might be Slightly better! Also, the wire on the bra goes at a very strange angle- again not at all as pictured on the website. All signs of bad manufacturing and cheap labour.
This is your warning- don’t bother with this site unless you want a lot of stress for unflattering, cheap, and badly manufactured items!!

I ordered an item on Feb 8, it’s been 18 days and it hasn’t even been shipped, according to my order number, they said item was supposed to be delivered before Feb 14th. I emailed their CS and didn’t hear back from them.

Worse customer service ever !! I place an order a month ago a still have not receive I keep getting a run around to wait an it shows package was sent to carrier . 4 weeks later I get told I cannot get refund because it “Thong” mind you I never got my package and it got sent back . I will never order again I never heard of not able to get refund an it shows I didn’t receive package . Do Not Order !!!

I loved my panties!!! They are so soft and look amazing I love the black ones, I was worried they may be uncomfortable at first but they are super comfortable, they aren’t cheap they are made very while

Placed order weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. Been ghosted by their customer service team. It’s a scam for sure.
