Do not order from here. They will take your money and not respond to any emails regarding where your order is. The support never answers any question. My order was placed over two weeks ago and it says still not shipped. The support team is absolutely terrible and so is their customer service.

Placed the order on February 1st. Never received tracking information or confirmation that it had been shipped. Tried to track the order on the site and received a message that the order could not be found. The support team never responded to my emails. It is now February 19th and no information provided and no product. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting over a month for delivery even though the website was advertising before 14th February.

Love the brand I keep shopping back, but I hate that they don’t show me the tracking. You never know when your order is coming. It sucks honestly they have to do better with the shipping.

Placed my order on February 2nd recieved email with a confirmation number. On February 11th I emailed customer service because the web site kept telling me no order found. Recieved an automated email saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. Well today is February 17th and still now email or package. Highly disappointed

I ordered on 2/5 and have still yet to get my order. I will be reporting them to the BBB and try to get my money back but this is absolutely disgraceful.

Customer service was top tier and very responsive. I would purchase again.

Hasn’t even shipped and it’s been 11 days. Was for Valentine’s Day, site said get it before Valentine’s Day and didn’t follow through. Highly annoyed.

The delivery was expected to be delayed but arrived before the original expected delivery date! Great quality, true to size, my partner loved!

Flawluxe is clearly a scam website, I ordered yesterday and today it's like the website never existed, I cannot access the website, track my order, or even contact them about a refund. I'm hoping cashapp is able to dispute my charge for me,it's unfortunate that it's not "illegal" to conduct this type of "business". It's been advertised everywhere for me, Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube. It's also unfortunate that they do not vet their advertisers as they should, don't be a dummy like me, save your money, because you most likely won't get it back either!
UPDATE: I had a couple different people get on Flawluxe to ensure I wasn't missing anything. It would appear that after you put in an "order" they ban your IP address, hence why I cannot access the website anymore.

The first time I ordered i had to email them directly just to get my order shipped , this my second time ordering from them and my item still hasn't shipped and I ordered in Jan its feb 15th..still no answer to my emails and when I check my order number its say its not found. Smfh.

Haven’t received my order yet and also haven’t received an update that it has shipped yet even though I ordered it weeks ago.

I emailed customer service at least 3 times about never getting any order updates. I paid for priority processing and was assured delivery by valentines day. Not only did I not get the package, I was charged and NEVER heard anything back from customer service. I am literally having to dispute the charge to get my money back. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

Still yet to receive tracking number can’t find my order when I search if reach out to customer support many time no respond but one saying they are in the ending stage. Order way before valentines to “make the shipping window” and still nothing I have asked for refund multiple times and nothing would give them no stars if possible. Definitely would recommend buying from them shipping was ridiculous especially if it takes more than 2 weeks to even shop and I paid the rush fee.
