The pieces I ordered were beyond my expectations! Very quality fabric and the personalized letters are sewn on and secured where you don't have to worry about them falling off. I would definitely order again!

I’m not sure why it’s saying I gave 4 stars rating but I did NOT. I’ve ordered my lingerie at a time in hopes of receiving it on or before Valentine’s Day. It’s going on March & I still have yet to receive my item. Upon reading a newly sent email though, I was told I should receive it within the next week or two. So all-in-all, about a month for one item…. Never again. One star for me. 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Would give zero stars if I could. Took over a month to receive, when their website clearly advertises 3-5 business days for product creation. Customer service only responded to maybe half of my attempts to connect with them. When they did, they kept blaming it on Valentine’s Day and a sudden uptick in orders… weird since these same experiences are all over the internet from all different time frames. It’s NOT just because of Valentine’s Day. This is an ongoing issue! When I finally was given a tracking number, the order sat in “usps awaiting item” for 9 DAYS. If you know anything about shipping, this means the company printed a label with tracking number and then let the order sit there for that long before actually giving it to the postal service. There claims of “carrier delays” are absolutely false. Once my order finally arrived, only 1 of my 2 items was even in it. Imagine that. This was an absolute waste of time, energy, and money. Here we are February 23rd and I’m receiving half of what was supposed to be a Valentine’s gift (ordered 3 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day). Flawluxe is not a company I would recommend to ANYONE.

I ordered 2 sets of lingerie for Christmas on 12/12/25. Never got an email confirmation or tracking number. 3 weeks passed by, and then I got an email from them telling me that shipping got delayed and they will be shipped out in the next 10-15 days. I waited patiently hoping the order will arrive. On 1/10/26, I finally got my orders. Again, no confirmation and no tracking number whatsoever. Will not recommend buying from this scam company. All the positive reviews here are bots.

I think this is a scam never got my order. Couldn't track it. I've emailed them several times and no reply guess Im out my $35. That's why I dont like to order online.

I have a big butt so maybe I should of ordered just a lil bigger but it still fit me ok. My boyfriend was very surprised and loved seeing his name. So we're both very happy.

Here to add to the other reviews warning people that this is a scam. Ordered my items on 2/1/26 and when I check tracking, it’s states that my order cannot be found. Add the fact that I have emailed them multiple times and have received zero response. Do not trust these 5 star reviews. I’ve been offered jobs on multiple occasions wheee I would be paid for leaving positive reviews for company. It’s all one big scam. Do not purchase from them.

Haven't got a tracking information or even an email back from customer service for over a week now Probably got scammed ordered on the 4th of this month

I paid for express processing. It has been more than 15 days and no update even tho “normal” processing is up to 4 days. I have reached out multiple times for an update on my order and I still have not gotten a response. I only got an automated email saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. It’s been days and nobody has responded.

Elastic threads hanging out of the garment in multiple places, and glue from the charms is clearly visible and seeping through to the other side. Defects made the item uncomfortable to wear.

Requested a return following their guidelines (within 24 hours of receiving item) and they never responded.

I placed an order a week before valentines. They charged my card, and it’s February 19th and I still haven’t received it. I go into the website to put the order # to track it and it says it’s not found. This is the biggest SCAM! Don’t fall for it ladies.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered at the end of January when their site was advertising delivery by Valentines Day. Well it’s February 19th and they haven’t even shipped and customer service hasn’t replied to me cancellation request. I had to dispute it with my bank! Do not order if you want good communication and timely shipping!!

So far not impressed…. I placed an order well before Valentine’s Day and I still haven’t even received any tracking info. Pretty sure I’m never going to review my order as they also haven’t responded to my customer service email. Hoping for the best but not a great experience so far.

I ordered several items. The most important one which was the custom name panties/thong took an additional 2 weeks to arrive. I didn't get a response until right before they arrived and that was disappointing.
