Excellent service . Arrived as expected with the driver being more than helpful placing the skip on the verge rather than the road. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic service from the time of the initial enquiry. On the delivery date the driver messaged to say he’d be at the house in 30mins. I asked him if he’d hang on for another 10 mins as I was away from the property. He duly obliged and was waiting for me when I arrived. He carefully placed the skip where I wanted.

We hired the skip for a week but I’d filled it the same day and phoned Fletchers to see if they’d collect it before the 1 week timeline, noting that when I phoned up origanally and asked if we could have it collected early she advised she was unable to commit to this, and sometimes it could take longer than a week. I was grateful for her honesty so we knew what to expect in a worst case scenario.

The skip was in fact collected 2 days later.

I’d read reviews of various skip hire companies and all had comments that collection dates were unpredictable and staff were rude. This didn’t apply to Fletchers.

I’d definitely recommend them to family and friends, which is as good as it can get.

The skip was easy to hire using the website, and the prices were competitive.
There was an issue where a miscommunication with the driver using the door bell comms, resulted in the skip being put on the wrong side of the road. I phoned to explain what had happened and a second driver came out and repositioned the skip.

Shockingly bad company! First of all the skip arrived a day late. I Rang to tell them after 4 days that it’s ready for collection (Monday) and was told it was due for collection Thursday, so asked if possible to collect before, Thursday came and went so rang up Friday and was told it would be that day. Monday rang to find out what was happening and was told they would contact the transport manager to chase them. Now Monday night and still have a skip taking up space where my customers park. Will be ringing again tomorrow!

Had a skip for 3 weeks in Sheffield on my drive as I just moved into the house & was getting rid of old furniture left behind as well as some of my own.

I called them 8 times & arranged to have to collected, and each day came & went. It's now 3 months since I got the skip for 3 weeks. Each time I called, I ended up speaking to a foreign speaking woman, which is a bit off for a skip hire company in Sheffield.

Anyways, I ended emailing them with a deadline day, I got a reply to confirm they will collect by then & that day came & went. So I have since had the skip removed by another company & invoiced them to pay by a given date & they've ignored my request. I'm now in the process of a small claims against them.

Item came on time , when i made a call to have it collected for a certain day i was acknowledge that it would be that day .
But it wasent picked up on the day we agreed on. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Don’t turn up on the booked day to collect the skip

Ordered and paid for but didn’t arrive on time. After many phone calls arrived very late . Asked for early pick up, didn’t happen, asked for pick up on arranged date, didn’t happen. After many phone calls and emails was picked up a week later!! Customer service was diabolical. DO NOT USE

Hired and paid for a skip to be delivered today. Did not arrive! Rang company this morning but got no response. Rang again later in the day to have answer machine say they are now closed. Doesn’t open again until Monday. Sent email.
I am now having to organize other ways to clear the stuff that should have gone in the skip. If they weren’t able to deliver on the day when I requested even though email confirmation stated said date then is it too much to ask for some common courtesy and tell me the paying customer! Or is it a case of “we’ve got the money so we don’t care”!

Rang to check on delivery time , told 3pm came at 9.30 in morning so was pleased .

lorry drive hit a cable on our site sent all into to panda waste and fletchers waste no one has called to resolve this matter after 5 days of calling and emailing. they will be a very large bill going in after the cctv cable was takeout and we have had to have on site security on while this has been fixed

The skip was placed in the place specified.
