Poor administration. Driver excellent. Had to make several phone calls to ensure delivery was only two and a half days after requested date. Given different explanations by different people. At one stage we were told the skip had been delivered when it clearly hadn't. Why do you provide an additional notes facility if clearly nobody reads them. The only plus side was the lorry driver. We have difficult access and he was really helpful and went the extra mile for us.

Helpful, polite and cheerful staff over the phone - good advice on skip size, how to book online, collection, etc.
Skip delivered as promised taking note of the additional request from me of delivery after 1pm. Driver also polite and helpful.

Spoilt by email from Manchester saying skip would be picked up after 10 days. I could extend by paying extra week.
I HAD ALREADY PAID EXTRA WEEK!- to cover two weekends which would have been included.
The originator of the letter from Manchester had not looked at my booking properly. And I’ve paid extra unnecessarily

The (wo)man with a van service I paid for was absolutely fine when it arrived. Unfortunately it did not arrive on the day it was booked and it to multiple, multiple calls on my behalf to find out what was happening, to reschedule. Every time I rang Fletchers I was told to ring another number- in London, Leeds, Liverpool. No one knew anything and despite many promises no one rang me back (except Gregg at B&G Waste - shout out to Gregg - who finally got me sorted).
Bottom line is I wouldn't use Feltchers again if they paid me.

Did exactly what they said they would. Prompt delivery of the skip. Read my instructions for where I wanted the skip and put it right where I wanted it

SHOCKING Experience! Paid in full on 30th May. Should have had delivery 31st. By 5th of June still No delivery of skip. No return phone calls or reply to emails. Then had to chased up a REFUND repeatedly. Keep being given new dates for a refund. Fobbed off. Will have to get a refund via a CHARGE BACK through my credit card at this rate!
Quick to take your money, then do not deliver what you ordered or refund your money! Beware!
