A serious privacy violation service
A complete scam. I was being notified that an account is created using my email address without my consent. Someone stole my email address and successfully created an account by using my email address even without any verification from TeraBox.
Then, I tried to contact the TeraBox customer service. They not only did not offer me any support on this case but even requested me to fix this matter by myself. The worst thing is that they will reject my formal privacy request for deleting the account which is a complete violation General Data Privacy Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act. They wanted to escape from their responsibility from resolving this incident.
The customer service is absolutely not helpful and this company and their service - TeraBox is simply a complete scam and a serious privacy violation service. Please take this warning seriously and NEVER use it.
