My experience has been spectacular. I appreciate this more than you know. I love my new logo.

I’m not a complainer, and have a high tolerance. But our recent experience has become unbearable with TheProfessionalDesingers. We hired them to build a website which is still ongoing, it has been over two months since we signed the contract. Our website does require a few functions such as user subscription, QR code generation and order form submision; those are all communicated to our project manager Robert when we signed the contract and we were told their team can meet our needs and has experience building similar website. Once we made payments we were handed off to a different project manager Jason, things were going well for the first month, we are happy with the cosmetic of the website and the speed of the work. Things start to get rough once we started on the content, we paid for content writing and we ended up doing 90% of the work, Jason ended up making an animation for free as a compensation because of this. We then moved on to the functionalities; and this is when our experience started to totally go south with them. Jason stopped communicating with us, it was for two weeks, we had no communication from anyone, I then had to get on their website and call customer support and was told someone will call us soon. I got a call from our first project manager Robert saying Jason was out sick, which is understandable, and the work was being continued by the team and we had a interim PM Logan, and Logan was going to call us to give us an update and Jason will be back on that Friday. A couple of days went by, we did not get any calls from Logan, I had to call customer service again, and finally got a call from Logan. He told us pretty much the same thing as what Robert told us, also said we will see some deliverables in 2-3 days. We believed it and waited for another week, checked our test links, no updates were made. At this point, our project had been static for more than 3 weeks. We then emailed Logan, expressed our concerns, no reply. We then had to email multiple people, asked Logan to get on a phone call with us, no reply. Another few days went by, still nothing from Logan, I had to contact customer service again, and finally got a call from Logan, he told us pretty much he is too busy to get on a call with us, and did not have any updates except for the team is working on it. It has been more than 4 weeks since our project has been static, and communication has been the bare minimum from the project team. We are not sure what to do at this moment, I do not feel I can trust this team anymore to build our website. And our product is ready to launch. I will come back to update how things go. But as of now, I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Great, responsive service, and my logos, stationary, and business cards are beautiful. Brandon was great to work with. He did exactly as I asked and delivered product that will represent my company for a very long time. I do not usually write bubbly reviews, but this really was a smooth experience with an excellent result.

Jimmy Rice was over the design team for my logo and I have to say the work is fantastic. The only issue I had was after they sent me to the legal team they tried to upsale me on other items, but it came across as a hidden fee, which they said over and over again after I mentioned that that they do not have any hidden fees and never try to force anything on their clients. I was irritated with the gentle (with the legal department) because he constantly talked over me and would not give me a chance to speak. Love the work, did not like the process.
