Helpline and on the ground staff were amazing. Such care taken with customer service. I attended the UB40 event in Pukekohe recently. They really handle customer queries on a case by case basis which I think is brilliant. They made me feel valued and respected. It was also a really well run event. Can't speak highly enough. Thank you so much!!!

Just randomly cancelled my tickets 4 days before the event - and the event was not cancelled. Hard to believe this is legal. Support admitted an error in selling the same seats to others. I mean - this is what you do.

A scam sadly, :( Don't buy tickets via Flicket

Hello sunshine festival was cancelled and hello sunshine are pushing people to flicket as they managed the tickets. Full refunds aren't coming through, I'm down about 20% of what I paid, for an event cancelled out of my control. Dodgy company ripping people off.
Edit - was finally refunded the remaining amount, but only after i was able to share a screenshot of the T&C's to them. They didn't come forward honestly with the remaining refund until i showed their own terms back, whcih had been removed from the website when the event was cancelled. Not worth the risk.
