I bought a ticket from Humanitix. However, the content of the activity and the actual scenario is not matching. I reached Humanitix for that and they replied I have to get in touch with them as they are marketplace only.
I feel like I am scammed and humanitix is not looking into it or trying to take any action on it. Just saying we can understand your frustration.
I got the answer I needed and a good tip to help get the result I was after thanks

I’m using Humanitix for our event this coming August. As a very small non-profit group, we are planning a large event for our community and friends, and I wasn’t entirely sure how everything worked at first.
I booked a phone meeting with a staff member, who kindly answered all of my questions. Today, I also sent an email requesting an update, and Peach responded very quickly and resolved everything for me.
I’m very pleased with the support team and truly appreciate their help.

I contacted the support team at Humanitix with two issues related to event set-up online. They pointed me in the right direction within minutes and I was able to resolve the problems and move on. (Both were user error!) They have been similarly helpful in the past. I’m so grateful for their ethics and customer care, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking an online event ticketing system.

Humanitix have a very easy to use platform which is perfect for small or solo events. Even after a few errors on our end, we were able to chat to an actual human (pun intended) who was attentive and very helpful.

Karina from Humanitix (chat function) provided amazing support to me whilst I (not so effectively) explained issues I was having with my event. It was to do with ticketing I could not for the life of me figure out what the problem was.
She remained calm, was helpful and supportive even when I made it probably very hard to understand what the problem was lol. Thank you for the amazing service!

I was having great difficulty with accessing my Stripe account, linked to my Humanitix Account. All options to resolve with Stripe online kept me in a loop, and there was no option for human intervention; I spent days through to get through.
So I contacted Humanitix [Alex], and within a few hours, the funds were immediately released to me, the Stripe account was re-set. This was all done through their Chat, and it was always very friendly and non-judgemental. I love Humanitix and their values

I had a problem in the middle of the night the chat bot cold not answer - within a very short space of time I was contacted by a human who solved that problem and came back to me on other topics I needed help with in the morning in simple language that I [non tech] could understand. This is not the first time that Humanitix has been so helpful to me.

Wow!! I got a bit confused when buying some tickets and ended up accidentally buying two pairs of tickets rather than the one pair that I wanted. I emailed Humanitix about this, asking for help. I was promptly sent a refund. The refund itself is great but I was also impressed with the speed of their response. Well done Humanitix.

My organization has utilized Humanitix for 3 years now, and their support team is AMAZING (incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick). Sally is especially fabulous, though I've never been let down by anyone here. So glad we found this platform - really has made our event-planning lives easier!

I ordered 4 tickets for a gig which was cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales. I have repeatedly requested refunds on the website but I just get an email with a link to request a refund so end up going round in circles. There does not appear to be any other means of contacting them. I feel as if I have been scammed.
