Rathika took time to explain the booking, meals options and the wheel chair option available. she spoke clearly, Slowly and loud enough for me to hear so that I could understand well before deciding. she made sure we got the booking e- mail and we are satisfied with it.

Don’t believe them.. they have no customer service

They are not selling you a ticket
Disclaimer in small font but when I clicked on emailed link there was no disclaimer

They are selling the option to discuss a ticket
The ticket will be at grossly inflated price, such things as ‘no luggage AT ALL for long haul, £400 to add’
They pretend to call you on ‘wrong number’ and then say you missed chance to secure original ticket, or offer a different ticket that is no relation to what you wanted eg date / stopovers
After I declined ‘luggage’ was told ticket would be sent in 24 hours - it didn’t arrive

The positive reviews are all fake

They say no refunds
Use a credit card - maestro will block them
They are not ATOL protected
Please avoid

The cheapest flights are a scam as they will try to sell you luggage seats anything they can god help you if come across " Darren " his so called manager " Samuel " who's sitting right next to him!!
If I could I would give them - score.its so obviously a scam however they gave me a quick refund before I could take legal action.

My flight to Brisbane was cancelled by Emirates at fairly short notice because of the war in the Middle East and David John responded to my call very professionally, promptly and friendly and helped me to find alternative travel. Brilliant service.

With everything that’s going on with the air flight s going over or near Iran at the moment the airline put a notice to contact the people flights were booked with. They were very polite and professional explaining everything even offering advice to help with booking

Abraham is literally the BEST agent I've ever dealt with in any company.
I had a problem with my booking dates, and despite there being issues with flights in the Middle East he changed my booking. It sounds a simple thing but it wasn't a straight forward request and yet he full filed it with efficiency, professionalism and most importantly with a personal touch. Thank you so much Abraham.

Brock was extremely helpful in resolving my issues with Flightoworld but my overall experience with the company was somewhat disappointing.

Initially I was lured into an excellent fare, which I proceeded to book and pay for. 24 hours later I received a phone call from one of the reps explaining that my 15hrs return journey with one change-over did not include meals on any of the flights, could not guarantee that my 6-year old daughter and I could sit together and also only allowed 7kg carry-on luggage (no check baggage)! After reeling from this, I paid an additional £400 to remedy this, however it meant a change of date.

Once I proceeded to pay the additional, one again, no email confirmation with e-ticket. I then received a call from another rep saying that I had taken too long to pay and that that flight had gone - 15 minutes had elapsed between my initial phone call and my subsequent payment. They tried to get me to pay additional. I obviously refused and then they offered to change the date for no additional payment. I refused and demanded a full refund. The rep then stated that they would get their manager to call me. Brock did call me within the hour and informed me that the flight I had paid additional for had been confirmed.

Lesson learnt…. I will go with tried and tested companies in the future when buying flight tickets.

I am due to fly out early next month so fingers crossed, no issues.

I booked a flight on Flightoworld. After payment, I accidentally missed a call from them. When I called back the next day, they told me: “Oh, it’s too late, you missed the verification call,” which was never mentioned anywhere on their website and I had no way of knowing about it.

Then they said my tickets were cancelled. To book other tickets, they demanded I pay an additional £300.

This experience felt very misleading and suspicious. Be careful when booking with them.

Good. Its was a back and forth fight. But they later help me get my flight ticket after fee increment. All thanks to Abraham for helping me out.
