Disgraceful, basically a scam. Booked flights for £650. Nowhere in the terms and conditions or booking process does it say a verification phone call is needed to ‘confirm’ the booking. No e-tickets were sent 3 days later. I call them, I was told I am on a waiting list which is 7-10 days but this can continue indefinitely.
No refund is possible
My option was to pay for new tickets and what a surprise they are 50% more not the times we want and via a different route.
Scumbag company avoid at all costs

They are not clear on prices almost like using click baits to secure sales and you add money for luggage overall customer service I recieved from Abraham was good and they resolved my ticket waiting to board so to come back and see if their luggage prices don’t give me problems.but they must be clear in advertising their prices

Always shows flight tickets at extremely cheap prices - Once you book - they email you stating e-tickets will be issued within 48 hours but they never do so - they tell prices are subject to availability where such cheap prices are never available - then their real game start - their representative call within or after 48 hours and offer you different options and demands more money to confirm ticket or ask you to wait for anonymous period for confirmation - So at last moment you will left with no choice but pay them extra as you have already lost opportunity to book with slightly higher prices than these scammers on other official travel agents website.

CHECK THEIR WEBSITE NO OFFICIAL COMPANY DETAILS WHICH YOU CAN CONFIRM ON “UK COMPANIES HOUSE” - THEY ARE ALSO NOT REGISTERED ON “ATOL”.

I was pleasantly surprised when someone called me from the company she introduced herself as Zoya and she said I’m gonna help you for the seat selection and check in procedure this maid my trip so much easier this was quite a nice gesture from the company and I really appreciate Zoya help and her assistance.

Warning, they are not ABTA or ATOL registered.
Initial price advertised was not what I had to pay (more than double)

After taking my money and confirming my flight, Airline changed original booking date but Flightoworld do not allow refunds so had to accept either alternative date or pay more for a different airline. :(. Read the small print before you book

Couple of day prior to my journey, Jennie Smith called to confirm my flight was still OK and was very professional so she improved my overall experience with the company - although I would definitely think twice about booking again.

Keeping me updated was very peaceful of mind

Seem to advertise prices for flights they cannot honour, and then say "booking is no longer available but give us £x more and we'll sort".

Classic bait and switch business, avoid like the plague.

Do not use this dodgy website, i have read some reviews which had same incident as me, as i booked my ticket as normal but then i wasn’t getting my e ticket or any other confirmation email. after contacting them they started advising me to book another flights straight away and to pay way more extra bc my ticket was on promotion. And i won’t get to know if my ticket has been confirmed until i get at the airport and they will only let me in if there s any seats available or it can get cancelled as well and there was no surety given on refund either.

I got happy for my flight but they phoned and said the prices are wrong wouldn’t recommend this because they try to get more money (first £550 then £1,000) it ruined my day
