I've been using Flocknote for about 4 years now and I love it. After being introduced to it at my former parish, I encouraged my new pastor to try it out. Flocknote helped us communicate with our parishioners in such an easy and innovative way during the pandemic. We use it to text reminders, inform people about cancellations, guide our parishioners with resources, and we even email our church bulletin now!

Their customer support is incredible! They reply to emails in a timely manner and always make sure to answer any question or concern you may have. They are referred to as "happiness engineers" and I couldn't agree more, their efficiency truly does make me happy. 😊

Whether your parish is big or small, Flocknote is right for you. I recommend it to any parish or ministry looking for an e-communications software. Trust me, you won't regret it.

My interest in the tool is to improve communication between people in our parish, which I believe was your original intent. When we approached our Priest, he wanted to use it initially for evangelization during Lent because of WoF and that the diocese just formed an Evan committee. The E word is polarizing rather than unifying. Bishop B is great, however not as a focus point in a communication tool. We are only a month in and already there are problems and rising resistance due to the emphasis on Evan. Our Priest, in my opinion, either doesn't recognize what is happening or indifference as to whether it succeeds or not. The other problem is the level of youthful enthusiasm and cuteness of training seminars. Also for old guys, less tech sav, like me simple looks complicated. I truly believe what you offer is a God Send in the true sense of the word, however not all your customers share your level of excitement, which leads me to the point I made recently to you after attending a live seminar for admins--- Is it sustainable? That is the million dollar question for those who have been burned (out) before. Thank you for what you are doing. It is truely amazing and so needed in our Churches today in building FAITH communities. A user manual with timely revisions would be would be helpful in contrast to online video libraries to watch. When an improvement change happens, you could just send a notice of the rev. This would make information easier to absorb and understand. You wouldn't have to keep repeating the same messages - maybe it is a time and resource saver for you too?

Flocknote is a helful tool. We use it to communicate with our leaders and everyone loves it. Prior to using it, we used to send group text messages from our phones but everyone's reply would become a little annoying. Thank you Flocknote for giving us a solution.

I noticed some charges on the bill that I wasn't sure what they were. After some research, I figured out that I was not really using those features and contacted Flocknote by email to get them removed. The happiness engineer replied within minutes and after a question or two had those unused features taken off. It was quick and easy to get my bill all cleaned up. Thank you!!

Flocknote is our "Covid" answer to the weekly bulletin we use to offer parishioners. Since then we have decided to keep Flocknote as our main communication for our parish (along with Facebook and other social media). Yesterday I was working on our Flocknote newsletter and accidently deleted it after working for 3 hours (plus work last week) on it. I contacted Flocknote to see if they could recover it for me and they said they would try. This morning it was there ready for me to update and send. Amazing. I highly recommend Flocknote. I love the ease with which I was able to follow the "LaunchSteps" to set up our parish on Flocknote. Anytime I clicked the 'help@flocknote' button, assistance was simply minutes away. Can't wait to make this more effective and get more people involved in using this tool.

I signed up to serve in a ministry at my church. The group coordinator uses Flocknote to keep everyone in the ministry updated on tasks to perform, due dates, etc. I signed up for Flocknote a few years prior but when the coordinator tried to add me to the Flocknote group, she received a message that my info was assigned to another user. She asked if I had any idea what was going on. So, I simply sent an email explaining the problem to Flocknote and received an email back explaining the issue (I apparently had signed up my daughter to receive notifications previously and used my cell number). I was then asked if I would like them to fix the name/number mixup. They happily and quickly fixed the problem and I'm now part of my ministry's Flocknote group.

This may seem like a small issue but in a world where customer service is often slow and not very personal, I felt as if the Flocknote team was actually interested in helping me and was eager to help resolve my issue. Their kindness was really a welcome bonus! Thanks to Jenilee and Karin for being kind and incredibly efficient. Flocknote is a fantastic service and Happiness Engineers like them are why!

I love the ability to send emails and text messages to our parishioners. It makes it so easy and the ability to group them into seperate groups is awesome as well. I didn't have your team do my transfer of information from Parish Soft but did it myself. The only beef I had with that is it pulled the primary phone number and not the cell phone. I had to go back and look up and enter all the cell phone numbers. I get that this is generated from a phone number but it was confusing to our parisioners not knowing where the text was coming from. It would be nice if we had a way to rename the phone number. We have a large number of older folk who are not tech savy at all. Overall, I'm seeing many things I can do with this platform.

Flocknote works hard for the parishes I work at. The team is always there to help with any issues I have. They constantly come up with new and innovative ways to reach out to my parishioners. It takes a load off the pastor by making sure his messages get out on time and to everyone who has signed up. I think it's an excellent tool to keep the parishes informed and on track!

Very user-friendly platform even for the novice. The emails and newsletter templates are easy to customize and the layouts are clean and professional. They have built in a considerable amount of usabilty since I first started using the app: image tranfer via sms, unolytics, logging, groups and individual note sender controls. There is just so much packed into this awesome app!! I love the podcast, training videos, and constant stream of educational opportunities. They have great customer service and are very responsive. Areas of improvement would include: limiting the additional price tag for basic features (i.e. image tranfer via SMS) and increased cost associated with each enrolled member. Also, making graphics and banners more inclusive of non-Catholic congregations. (i.e. black history month banner, non-Christian holiday banners, etc.) and periodically creating new email templates.

Flocknote has made it so easy to get the word out to our entire congregation, a specific group or just an individual with just a click! Easy to sign up and easy to use. We love it!

I love working with Flocknote, not only does it gives us access to reach to our parishioners within minutes, but it is so easy to find people or add them to different groups. Its such a easy and fast application and I can send any news even from my phone. The technicians are the best if I ever have a question or a problem they email me back within minutes and solve any problem.

The experience has been exceptional. Every one of the Happiness Engineers has been spectacular. The response time is instant...honest INSTANT regardless of the time of day. (I may test them at midnight one day). They have gone out of their way to answer every question. Their Zoom sessions are timely...well presented and done professionally. What a great group. Please...if your church is considering a Text and email tool...stop looking and go with Flocknote. They are really really good!!

I am just getting started with Flocknote and feel overwhelmed learning a new app. Can you send me an easy tutorial? Apparently I am supposed to be an Administrator for a group.

Flocknotes is a Godsend. Now we can communicate with our parish in a way that is easy and efficient. No longer is there any excuse to "not know what is going on". Just a great service and tool for ministry.

Found Flocknote while searching for a service to text our prayer chain to our prayer warriors. It was very easy to set up and use. I have already told fellow pastors about it. Thank you for such a great service!!!

Flocknote is a very intuitive, smart and easy-to-use communications platform for leaders of faith-based organizations, churches, ministries and charities, to use, even for those with limited technological skills.
Moreover, the support you get from the Flocknote support team, behind the scenes, is phenomenal. Always quick to respond (on chat or email). And with a smile. All the time! :)

Our church was having problems with some of our people not receiving the Flocknote texts that we would send out and thus leaving many in the proverbial dark. However, one email to Bianca and she has seemed to have fixed our problem. If your church is looking for a good, reliable, communication solution; I highly recommend using Flocknote. We've used them for years and this was our first problem and with a few keystrokes, it is now history.

Flock note is amazing. Everything I’ve sent out so far has been accepted and appreciated. In this time of COVID as well. People are searching for God and information is what they need. So we try to lead them to Christ in every way possible.

I am brand new to flocknote and took on the monumental task of sharing Bishop Barron’s Engage series for Lent in my parish of roughly 4,000 parishioners!! The program is very user friendly and I was able to navigate it all through the training videos and the happiness engineers. Probably the best customer service I have ever worked with. I never could have done it without them and we successfully launched on Ash Wednesday! Thank you Flocknote!
