I have used flock note for several years now. Is the easiest and best instant messaging company. Customer service is superior!! I have set up the system for 5 local parishes as well as two catechetical offices. Flocknote has also been helpful in setting up a demo account for me to use in teaching new coordinators and directors of the archdiocese of New York the ins and outs of flocknote. You won't be disappointed if you use this resource in your parish.

I am not receiving posts from other people. They go straight to junk mail. I am not an admin.

Flocknote has made it really easy to get ahold of everyone in my church body! I will say we would like to see more options to put into text messages for people who do not use email. Things like our online service and study links, sign-ups, and polls would be helpful to send through texts.

Flocknote has literally been a God send for getting information out to Parishioners and especially to individual groups like ours The Knights of Columbus. It is very easy to use not only to send out request but to also inform using multi-media like pictures, music and video. I use Flocknote on a regular basis for the Knights and it has proved to help in a way that those who receive the info sent can respond. This has also increased our attendance in church for functions that the Knights conduct. This is better than email and seems to be more efficient in getting the word out. I also appreciate the staff at Flocknote for their expertise in getting problems solved quickly with Friendly courteous service. Exactly what more companies should be doing. Thank you!

It's been a year now since we've introduced our Parish family to Flocknotes. The applications does wonders and has improved our weekly newsletters. It has also been a tremendous cost savings as we're no longer using supplies to print hard copies. Although an abbreviated version is produced and snail mailed to our church members that aren't using technology.

The simplicity of using the applications and its features has made it extremely fun and exciting!

I love that I can use my computer to send the text messages and that responses come back in our email. I don't have to use my personal phone. It's been great to be able to have many different text groups. It saves so much time. The affordable price makes it a no-brainer for us!

Flocknote has been essential to our maintaining connection to our parish during the pandemic. We have been using it to send links to video Masses and even a weekly e-bulletin! We look forward to using it even more as our parish ministries and groups begin to open up.

Flocknote is an easy way to keep track of your "flock" whoever they may be. Super easy to use and SO convenient. You can share your news with all of your flock at once or just a few. Worth checking it out !

Our parish LOVES Flocknotes! We have used it so much more throughout the pandemic. For the first full year daily inspirational texts were sent. In the first few months, daily prayers and updates were emailed. Now we have weekly updates.

We also have used Flocknotes for a variety of Sign-Up opportunities. From Weekend Masses, to Volunteers, from service opportunities to parish missions, and tons more; Flocknote provided what we needed to stay connected to our parishioners, and our parishioners connected to Jesus Christ and His Church.

One of the best parts of Flocknotes it the amazing support from the Flocknote Happiness Engineers! Have a question? They will get back with you so quickly with the answer. I even had one time when a specific "How To" video was created just for me and my situation! I would recommend Flocknote to any pastor/parish.

Every question has been answered with friendly enthusiastic professionalism by folks who understand what I'm trying to do, and the people I'm trying to serve. Flocknote feels like a team effort, of everyone trying to do the best job sending the best communication, as effectively as possible, in a way that looks great, and is easy to create. Thanks!

I will add that navigating the system on mobile devices can be a little clunky, so those last-minute Flocknote scheduling sessions should be attempted only using the "Desktop version" on certain Android devices... Might save you a few minutes and a couple grumbles! :)

So far so good, wish price was a little less but the support you get in amazing!

I've only been on Flocknote for one month so I'm just learning, but I've already found it very useful for our church. I've been blown away by the responsiveness of the Happiness Engineers ;). They've been so helpful and pleasant. Still learning, but those of us in leadership are already using the system alot. Two texts out to the entire congregation today alone!!

I've been using the platform for a few weeks now as DRE at my parish. It simplifies and streamlines the critical communication I have with my catechists and others involved with our program.

I have been using Flocknote for almost 3 years. The development team truly listens to the users needs and makes improvements based on their needs. I especially love how their are numerous ways filter through the user groups and list. Not too long ago they rolled out an additional add-on called Flocknote People. It is already helpful for us with custom profile fields, but the newest feature called household seems like it is going to offer a lot of possibilities. Right now you can associate users in the system under a household. Coming up there are some exciting features that will continue to make communicating even better.

Customer support staff (aka Happiness Engineers) are prompt, efficient, thorough, and truly cares about making sure they address your concern. There have been a couple of times that I wanted Flocknote to do sometime and it didn't do it the exactly way I needed it to do it, but they found a work around for me and also shared once that it was already on their roadmap for development and the other time that it was a great idea to share with their development team.

Grateful for the perfect guidance, extremely quick responses, courteous representatives and helpful developers that ensured the issue was resolved fast - within an hour. Thank you Flocknote.

I have had multiple recent experiences with Flocknote. It seems most of my questions seem to occur on the weekends, so it's tough to wait til Monday. (However, I found once in awhile someone will even jump on if they can.) I am always confident that a knowledgeable, cheerful, and intelligent helper will give us the info we need. I am hopeful that the program will continue to expand its features. The past few years have been very exciting in that context. Please don't forget about us who can't use the People service while you focus on that new rollout. It's a great new feature, but we won't be adding the extra cost anytime soon. Having Flocknote has made the isolation and separation of the pandemic much less for our parish. Plus, the Word on Fire on the Flocknote platform is outstanding. I am a fan!!

I switched churches and my new church cannot get my Flocknote to work? Not sure why? Any suggestions? We have tried everything.

I have only been using Flocknote for a few weeks and only in a limited capacity. However, from what I see, the program is very user friendly, neatly laid out, and has a very fun theme throughout which I like.

I have been following Bishop Barron for a while and when the Evangelization program with Sister Elizabeth Scalia was available and we were trying to refill the pews after our area was seeing a reduction in cases and many had been able to get shots. This appealed to me was presented to my Pastor. He liked the idea.
I set up a class, invited 20 people, had 10 appear and used the evangelization course to teach them how to evangelize and we took on the job of calling our church members not attending currently, inviting them back, giving them the Easter schedule, talking about the new equipment, so that masks could be used in designated rooms by remote and receiving the Eucharist from masked EMHC's. We had two weeks to complete the project. After completion, we had many thank us for the call and let them know we missed them and welcomed them back to our church family. Many people loved this and felt a closer tie with the church. Flocknote is how we comunicated with our team..
