We recently ordered our herringbone flooring from Floor Giants and have been really impressed with the service we received.
Karl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, offering great advice and taking the time to help us choose the right product. We particularly appreciated being able to view the different colour options at home, which made such a difference when deciding what would work best in our space.
Karl really went above and beyond with his customer service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Floor Giants based on our experience so far. We’re now looking forward to seeing the flooring once it arrives!

Had great service from Floor Giants, Cardiff Newport Road
Had great service from Paul Holdsworth at Cardiff Newport Road branch. He patiently took me through the options for laminate flooring over 3 visits as I took a long time to decide on the colour I wanted! He took plenty of time to explain the differences between the products and did not mind constantly checking on stock levels for me. His colleague Jamie was also busy in the background and happy to help. All in all great friendly service.
