James was extremely helpful, didn't rush us when we were choosing our flooring. James and his colleague took their time in moving all the flooring we liked outside into the daylight so we could have a better idea of what it looked like. James was extremely knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, he was friendly, polite and could not do enough for us. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you 10/10.
