I have purchased commercial flooring for multiple fitness centers from rubberflooringinc.com before and was very satisfied with the product and the service.
Over the last couple of years, their service seems to have deteriorated dramatically.
This last order was for a home gym. When the driver stopped by, he didn’t bother ringing the doorbell, he just waited outside as we stood inside the house for 4 hours waiting for the delivery. The dispatcher called, but didn’t leave a message, and so the driver just drove away, and I ended up having to wait three more hours for the driver to come back.
As part of this order, I had also ordered double sided tape. However, when I spoke to the representative after the flooring was received and the double sided tape was not received, I asked the representative to cancel the double-sided tape order, which he said he would do.
They ended up delivering the double-sided tape to me about a month after the flooring was installed. I told them it was no use to me at this point because the flooring had already been installed, and they were supposed to have canceled the order. They said that I would be responsible for the shipping cost on the return. I said that was ridiculous because I had cancelled the order before it was ever shipped. Then they simply stopped communicating or responding to my emails.
It’s too bad, because the company had previously provided excellent customer service.

After several tries with your agents I don’t remember her name but she was quite helpful stayed with it and found the tracking information. The original order has gotten lost.

They need to find different transportation companies. My shipment is still not here at my house. It has been sitting 40 miles from my house for a week.

I placed my order in October 2022 and was given an estimated ship date in January 2023. I initially reached out through the website for a status update to my order late January but did not receive a response. It is now March 2023, and I decided to ask again for an update to my order status. I reached out eight days ago and did not get a response for another day claiming that they could not find my order. After giving the order number, I waited another 7 days to be told that my order was on back order and would not be ready until June 2023. The service rep was unavailable despite prompt responses on my part, and I am confident that if I had not reached out, I would have never gotten any sort of notice that my order would be delayed so long.
