Floorstore Wakefield is a 14,000 square foot showroom, split across two levels. We designed it inch by inch to offer a unique customer experience, both visually and physically. With 10,000 square feet devoted to showing their most fantastic range of flooring available to suite all varieties of budgets and tastes. Exceptional service from start to finish. The staff at Floorstore, Cross Gates were very helpful and knowledgable. We were looking for lino for my 83yr…
We were looking for lino for my 83yr old mums kitchen. Fran dealt with us to start , she was professional and friendly and showed us loads of examples and we went through the pricing and bought what she liked. Although there was a wait to fit Paul squeezed us in the week after and came out to measure up properly on the same day . The price we had agreed to start with was not including fitting but it wasn't stated that when we purchased it. I spoke to Paul regarding this and he was very understanding and offered a discount. Because he had rectified the issue and the fitters did a good job I would recommend this store. I would purchase again from them
