Product Exchange
We had an unfortunate issue with the zipper breaking on the first wear of our outfit. The company quickly offered an exchange, no questions asked. We sent back the old outfit, so they could see what happened. Very happy with the outcome and booster our customer loyalty.

Easy to find item I was looking for but didn’t make it clear how to claim my 10% off as a new user - I had to look it up on another device. Also I did not give my phone # for texting and was told that it was optional. I did give my phone # for shipping. As soon as my order was complete, I was texted- much to my surprise and displeasure!
