There is not a viable option to contact Florence Eiseman by phone. Moreover, there seems to be no possibility for a GIFT to be noted as such, gift-wrapped, and a gift receipt (not an invoice) received with the package.
I have replied to the order confirmation with the hope that the gift receipt, at least, can be taken care of.
