Needed PayPal to get my money back
Careful! Absolutely NOT serious!!
Never received the presets I bought.
They even never answered to the mail I’ve sent to their „support" email you can find on their homepage.
As I said in the title I needed the PayPal Customer service to get my money back.
Would rate no star if that would be possible.

All digital file downloads are INSTANT. Once payments are made, all our customers receive access to their files IMMEDIATELY after their payments have been posted and their purchases have been completed.
In the rare event that customers don’t receive their presets due to technical difficulties, we make sure to contact them and proceed to resolve the issue. In addition, customers also reach out to us via support@flourishpresets.com during these times and we ALWAYS make sure to attend to their concern immediately (within 24-48 hours).
Right now, we would really like to help you -- as we always do for our customers! However, upon checking all our emails and order list, we couldn’t find any queries and orders made under your name, or received any emails about a similar situation to the one you are describing.
If possible, can you please provide us with your order number/email address, or reach out to us via email at support@flourishpresets.com so we could assist you further? Moreover, a lot of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the presets that we offer, and they were more than happy and generous to share their positive experience with us.
I just checked on our all our emails and order list. However, we couldn’t find ANY QUERIES or ANY EXISTING ORDERS under your name.

Worth it!
Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service

I ordered the wrong presets and it was completely my issue. I emailed support to see if there was anything they could do for me. Even though I didnt expect anything. They were very quick with their response and they corrected MY issue at no cost and now I have all 7 packs of my beautiful presets!
