Got their complete preset bundle in a black friday sale. I was hoping for a little more effectiveness in my workstream with Lightroom (professional wildlife photography, see caplan_photography on Insta), but ended up with a completely new approach to editing my pictures.

There is a lot(!) of good stuff there that gets your creativity going. Some minor redundancies, but with roughly 2000 presets, that is completely understandable and not really an issue. Can absolutely recommend it, and I was not even paid to say this!! :-)

I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room.

However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues.

Excellent costumer service, I’m impressed

I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

We bought several packs for our business and it was tedious trying to use them. First, you have to figure out which of their 3 file formats will work with your version of Lightroom. Many many hours later, we were able to narrow down our supported file format to DNG format, but now we have another issue: all of the images have designs on them including the company's logo that we can't remove because our paid version of Lightroom recognizes it as an uneditable image. Also, one of the packages that we purchased was 30 of the same single image. Whether we're doing something wrong or not, their images seem waay too complicated. So, for us, it's been a waste of $65 because we've given up trying to figure out Flourish Presets.

I LOVE everything Flourish presets and the people behind Flourish. They've been VERY helpful. And really are there 24/7. I highly recomment them.

If i could give it no stars at all i would. These presets do not work with Desktop at all

There are so many great things to say about Flourish Presets. 1, there is such a great selection and a huge variety of presets to choose from! No matter what style of editing you are looking for I guarantee they are bound to have it. 2, downloading and using the presets is literally so easy! They have made the editing process so much easier and quicker! 3, the prices are unbeatable! 4, the customer service is the best! I accidentally ordered the mobile version of the presets and wanted to get the desktop version and I reached out and they quickly got back to me and helped me. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. Then I decided to get some help on having a colour base made for me, here is where Flourish Presets comes in, and with this offer that was available I got even more - basically got everything for all season photos :D added preset, adjusted some lights and done, sent photos to my clients in a few hours.

I recently took advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free deal that Flourish has going on, and the presets are really amazing quality at a really great price! So easy to install for mobile and desktop! Also, I accidentally bought one preset in only mobile, and they sent me the desktop version as a gift for being a valued customer.
