My purchase was in great condition when it eventually arrived. Royal Mail delivered it 3 days late and the cardboard packaging was damaged by being squashed and torn . No reflection on Flow Kayaks.

All the staff but especially Tamsyn and Jake have been incredibly helpful in talking to us and helping us find the right kayak, talking to P&H and Valley to sort out demos and went above and beyond providing far more kayaks than expected for us to try to find the right one.

Super friendly and knowledgeable…
Super friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Prices very competitive. Plus plenty of parking right outside. I came in the shop for a buoyancy aid, having bought one on line that didn’t fit. After describing what I wanted, I was shown lots of options, and they were happy to check the stock not on show for the colour I wanted! I left a very happy customer and will definitely be back for more kit!

Good price,very quick delivery
Bought a spraydeck, but in the wrong size. The price was very competitive and it was delivered very quickly. On discovering my mistake I reordered in the correct size. Again, delivery was very quick. The returns process was also straightforward and easy.

They are super quick, good selection, lovely lovely costumer service. I ordered pfd, messed up the size, they sorted it quickly and the pfd was here the next day! Wow! Highly recommend them! Great initial service checking on…
Great initial service checking on sizing. Quick delivery. Size was too small. Apparently NRS runs a little small. Friendly staff said they would check with NRS to see if it was possible to import a 3XL. But from there no follow to confirm either way.
