My purchase was in great condition when it eventually arrived. Royal Mail delivered it 3 days late and the cardboard packaging was damaged by being squashed and torn . No reflection on Flow Kayaks.

Hi Zazza, sorry for the inconvenience with your order. We have been in contact with you all this week to try to help you locate the second of your parcels. We are still unsure why the postman could not deliver but it could have and can still be collected from the Royal Mail depot local to you. We will refund you immediately once RM confirm the parcel has not been collected and is being returned to ourselves. We have reached out to Royal Mail to place a return on this in order to refund you quickly so please be reassured that this will be processed asap.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish, the person I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable about the kit and very patient allowing me to try on multiple times and explaining in detail the features of the kit I was buying (buoyancy aid). Also the receipt was sent electronically without having to input multiple details simplifying the service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again. Thank you.

Superb service!
Ordered a PFD ahead of a kayaking trip. Plans and timing changed and I needed the delivery address changed. An email and phone call later and the lovely folks at Flow Kayaks had it all sorted. It feels like such a small thing but for them to sort it without any fuss was fantastic. All in all I’ll definitely reach out to them as first port of call when I next need equipment!

I have used Flow for a few years now, they are local to where I live and always have everything I need in stock at competitive prices.
The staff are really helpful and friendly.
They have just moved to new premises and now have more room to display their stock.
