Tras este problema abro varios tickets y feedbacks avisando de esto pero tampoco me contestan. Ahora estoy intentando reembolsar como pone en su política a ver si me aceptan el reembolso

No respond to ticket. My service never autosetup and was stuck in pending. Ticket auto closed after 120 hours while I was still waiting a respond. Open a paypal case and I was refunded but now stated "collection" on my fluctis billing. I did have a great experience with them in 2016 but now stay far far away from them!
Use to be good definitely not anymore
I have used Fluctis for a long time and had more than one server with them. They use to be very good and helpful. That had changed a lot since then. You can't get any help with any problems at all. They don't respond to tickets anymore and completely ignore customers and steal money from them. The servers are unreliable and the user panel is poorly made. Don't buy from Fluctis and find someone else if you want to be treated well.

I have to write this review, I can not see any other options of contacting them.
All day I have spent trying to get a simple server up and running, but I am just met with problem after problem with zero help. What has really pissed me off is the lack of support ( they advertise 24 hour help and quick response) but that is just not true. It has been over 5 hours since my ticket was submitted and not a single reply.
EDIT - Over 2 days, more opened tickets, and still no reply.
Ghosting me and stealing my domain
Ive sent 10 tickets so far and its been 10 days and they still havent answered me. I paid my domain to them and they need to repay it on namecheap but for some reason they are ghosting me. Im getting the feeling that i am being scammed and that i will lose my domain, no more words to say. Looks like need to beg them to answer me, what else to say
Terminated server without warning
I paid a little under 90$ to purchase a 6GB Minecraft server for the year and only after 2-3 months, my server was terminated unexpectedly with absolutely no warning.
Lost a lot of data because of this and was scammed out of any compensation.
I asked support and they said I was running a Crypto miner, which they said server files were immediately terminated.
They said I was hosting a cracked plugin when I was hosting a modded server with Sponge and a few mods + plugins. They wouldn't even say which one and wouldn't give me anything, refund or anything regarding that.
I had provided proof in the ticket of what I was doing, which I was ignored.
This happened 4 years ago but doesn't excuse anything. I wouldn't recommend going with Fluctis.

Absolute garbage server
This service was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I've had FREE server hosting better than Fluctis.
I could expect a crash at least once a week, which was not at all related to our server running too high on resources or doing anything intense. During those crashes, the server would remain down for multiple days, sometimes weeks before I could even attempt to launch it again. Their customer support was virtually non-existent. I had a ticket that was pending for my entire time in using their service - over a year - and it remained unanswered even after they closed access to our server.
Their FTP service was an absolute joke. You better hope that none of your files get to be over 500 MB, because past that you will not be able to zip the files and download them.
They would remain silent to all issues, even when their whole site would go down. You would just have to sit and wait for it to go back up. They would never acknowledge that the site was down or tell you when they started working on fixing it. All you could do was check back tomorrow to see if they had actually fixed it.
Overall, I would recommend getting scammed over using this service; you will probably have a better customer service experience.

They do not seem to give support anymore
I am a Fluctis customer for over 4 years now but the last months their service is terrible. I got problems with my Minecraft server so I opened up a ticket. They do not even answer my ticket so I opened up three other tickets and still no answer. I don't know what they are busy with but it does not seem to be with their business.

Conseguí aprovechar un gran descuento recurrente y es la única razón por la que seguía, pero por fin ha llegado el momento.
Solían al menos responder a mis tickets relativamente pronto y solucionarme los problemas, pero desde hace 2 semanas me han cambiado el servidor sin previo aviso parece. No hay ningún archivo en mi servidor y obviamente no puedo utilizarlo. No me han solucionado nada, ni se han molestado en responder.

Terrible experience. Tried to use their service with a few friends. Were unable to get the server running with basic modding infrastructure (Forge). Website promises 24/7 support. When you open support, you're immediately told its not online 24/7. Instant Red flag. Promises a maximum wait time of 7 hours. Person 1 opens a ticket, no response. Person 2 opens a ticket checking that what we're doing is possible, are promptly told it is and they'd be happy to help. When asked what to do, no response was given. Ticket was closed after 5 days due to no customer response (to the customer's question...??). Person 2 bumps ticket asking why this was done and once again requesting the offered help. Person 3 opens a ticket, no response. Another ticket, no response. A third ticket, no response. Person 1 opens another ticket explaining the situation, and asking once again for help, no response. Person 2's ticket once again closed after 5 more days of no response to their own question. Cannot comment on the quality of the server as we never got it running and switched to another service.
No refund when server isn't even working
So I bought a Minecraft server for me and my friend and payed for it. Everything was going smoothly until we got access to the Minecraft server panel. At the panel we tried starting the server but already we encountered some major problems 1.The loading speed from switching sites is sometimes horrendously long 2.The buttons were unresponsive and lastly after trying to start the server it never did.
We tried looking why it isn't starting so we looked at the command panel and all it said was "log file not found. Try again in 10sec." and it just keep on showing that. On the day we bought it we tried starting it for multiple hours and even after writing a ticket to support there was absolutely 0 response only the typical automatic E-mail bot the day after we canceled our plan and still haven't gotten any news about our money only the same effortless automatic e-mail. 0/10 wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This server host has really good server prices. The budget servers are cheap, yet they're really good. Customer service is really good.

Ghosted me twice. I paid for a month and got less than a day! Do not use!
Took my money for a broken service, and then ghosted me twice on two separate tickets. Their service did not work on the first day so I requested a refund and cancellation. They cancelled the service, but never gave the refund. This is what they said in their response, "As for a refund request, we will have to deny the request at this time as the servers issue was resolved when we were contacted about it." What that response leaves out is that the service was cancelled within hours of the issue being resolved. Why would you cancel the service and not give a refund? It's a scam! They gave me less than a day of service, but charged me for a month. They quietly ghosted me on my first request ticket, so I opened a new ticket, and they ghosted me on that one too! I switched to Shockbyte, and they have been perfect (Shockbyte has fast responses to tickets too). You might as well throw your money away rather than give it to Fluctis. Ghosting your customers is unacceptable.

I hired the budget plan because I didn't have so much money, but, the server was 1.12.2 and the player base was small.
The first month was perfect, the server got like 18 players and the TPS were like 19 (almost 20 tps). So, the performance was good for a shared host, however, the panel was very slow and incomplete.
In the second month, everything started very bad, the panel crashed and I couldn't manage my server for an entire day. They ended solving this but, one day later, my server started having TPS problems, this even happened when there were only 2 players online. There were no lag machines, so it was a problem with the host.
I ended up contacting the support so they could solve my problem and also change the server country so my player base could get a better ping. They never did that, and yeah, the ticket got closed, the next day I asked for a cancellation of my server at the end of the billing period, but they ended canceling my server 2 days later.
Well, that's my experience. Pretty bad to be honest.
Things to clarify:
Support is NOT 24/7, they take a lot of time to reply to a ticket.
The panel is terrible, very incomplete, and slow as heck.
The knowledge base is very incomplete, and most of the guides are outdated.
The performance of the server may be good for the first months, but after that, it starts to become worse.

It's been 8 months and still no refund
This company takes your money, delivers nothing, then to never hear from them again. I opened 10 tickets on their website in total, after which they get closed after a week of no response. This should be illegal!

I am continuously getting charged for 2 servers that were canceled already. Stay far away if you value your money. EDIT: It actually was my fault lol. Servers aren't the best but they are pretty cheap. Their customer support was super fast and helpful.
