⚠️ Beware of Travel agency

⚠️ Beware of this fraud travel agency– this company is a complete scam and they pretended to be Airlines.

I booked a flight through them 2 months ago and they took my credit card details, but charged extra hidden fees without informing me. They never gave a clear breakdown of the cost, and after the transaction, I found out yesterday they took more money.

When I tried to contact them, they gave vague answers and refused to refund the extra charges. Their agent was misleading, and the support team was completely unhelpful.

I feel cheated and robbed. No one should trust a company that hides charges and steals from customers.

we never pretend to be an airline, we are independent travel agency accrediated by ARC. We sent all the ticket pricing and charges on which we have your accptance.

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS

I was totally misled to believe these guys were third party representatives for Southwest Airlines. I misdialed the Southwest Airlines number by one digit and got flysky9. When I asked them directly if they were representing SW and they told me yes. I needed to book a flight on SW for the next day. My southwest cost was $86.25. Their fee was $203.00. I had no idea i was booking through and agency that was going to tack on fees.

Patience with anxious Passenger

Ron handled the reservation with knowledge and consideration of the third party and was able to provide customers with requested seat selection next to each other. Recommend to future customers.

Jerry Smith - Your best employee

I wanted to take moment to let you know what a jewel of an employee Jerry Smith is. I had an issue with my flight going overseas. I was missing my middle name the night before my flight. He was able to rebook me and fix my ticket so I could go on my trip with my company. Also, Jerry contacted me personally when the tickets were ready so I knew I was good to go. Also, coming home, I was having an issue with my contact tracing form. He was able to pull it up and fill it out for me, so I had the ability to check in for my flight. His service was personable and reassuring. He also gave me his phone number and email so I could contact him with any issue. Everyone of your employees should take a page from Jerry’s playbook. He is phenomenal. I can not thank you enough for all you did.
