Exceptional service from Roger.

Hadthe pleasure to speak with Roger Head who took great care in understanding my request for assistance - he further went on to address with issues ensuring I fully understood the terms and conditions. Throughout the call he was extremely respectful and polite. He is, in my mind, as great asset to the company. Thank you.

I appreciate Kate who stayed with me

I appreciate Kate who stayed with me. There was a lot confusion with that flight. A potentially very bad outcome was avoided. We did have to pay for an extra ticket. That was the second time that my wife and I have attempted a regional flight with Delta and experienced a delay out of RIC causing us to miss our connection. The first time, there was an apparent computer glitch and bad weather. The second time, the crew needed to rest. We lost money on both occasions. I will avoid taking a regional flight out of RIC from now on. I’m afraid to think of what could have happened if it wasn’t for Kate.

Many thanks for Superb and effective service

There was no waiting for assistance. Moreover, this representative l, Roger Head, addressed this situation professionally and very effectively. Our travel credits are soon to expire. My husband's surgery last October has triggered many other health issues such that we are unable to travel yet.
