My friend called Delta airlines and booked a ticket. Later she notices a charge from FLYSKY9 for service!!!
She had unknowing been switched to FLYSKY9!!!!
How is this possible? We reported the scam to the credit card. Watch out when calling an airline!

Shea is an extraordinary flight advisor! She has helped my husband and I continually as we have booked our trip and worked thru various issues EWR - Geneva and return. She has bent over backwards to assist us and even remembers our names and flights from one of our calls to the next over time. We recommend that every one possible be exposed to her. She will help in a very constructive, open and honest way!

Being able to feel like someone in the background was working, just as hard for me as I would be for myself really makes the difference. Patient, accessible, engaged and receptive to my needs! My flight plans changes, my husband, my pet, and my plant, were taken into consideration.
The professionalism and customer service is priceless. We don’t get it like this anymore so thank you thank you and thank you for being there, but also putting up with my, crazy personality!

I tried calling American Airlines but landed with Flysky9. They are a third party I got to know after the call ended but. Initially was scared but the way they treated me was so comforting. I gave them my credit card and they never miss used it. Rather they had an option to send me an invoice with a payment link too.

The tickets they sold were with amazing benifits.

"processing fees" for using e-credits, pretended to be Delta (without saying it tricky jerk) and will not refund me my credits since they have been used. If you see the skyfly9 hang up and try calling the direct airline. SAVE YOUR E-CREDITS and money! I am left feeling devastated and hurt by being misled. The hidden travel agent "Rani" raised his voice at me multiple times causing me to cry and pressured me to sign the contract.

Update: Called Delta and found out my call was intercepted by this scam. When I asked Flysky9 for a refund they told me to remove this bad review.

I worked with Eddie Brown... he was courteous and went thru great lengths to help accommodate my wife's medical needs and also provide the wheelchair services we would need. Thanks again!!!!

I clicked on what I thought was AA customer service number via a Google search. I didn't realize that it went to a third party. They first tried to charge me taxes (which they shouldn't have), then somehow all of my AA credit was not in my AA account. When I asked when it would be returned to my account, NO RESPONSE. I got texts saying it was an Ecredit but absolutely no emails to support any of the transactions.
AA was able to find my credit & issue my tickets. I had to pay NOTHING extra to AA while this company tried to charge my credit card over $700!

Customer representative flysky 9 Addie Brown was excellent in understanding and completing my Atlanta to Houston Hobby round trip reservations. His English was superb. Thorough and fluent conversation. He was pleasant to converse with for my booking!

I was recently struggling with changing my flight plans. I was in a foreign country and needed help fast. Addie Brown was fantastic. I was in a panic and unable find a path for my flight. Once Addie took over he assured me it was not problem. He immediately got to work and was able to find a flight for me quickly. I highly recommend Addie. He was professional and patient. I will be using Addie in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in a crunch while traveling!

Sheldon was really great! Very helpful and accommodating. He was excellent.

The language was very positive and amicable. Sheldon was fully aware how long the call was taking and tried to make both parties feel affirmed. He didn't depart from the call until all questions were answered and was very patient with me as I retrieved the information I needed to ensure this reservation change was in my best interest.
