Celia delivered the lectures exceptionally well. Everything was explained clearly and was easy to understand at all times. She made the topics simple to learn and ensured key concepts were well covered. I especially appreciated the interaction at the end of the sessions, where she addressed questions thoroughly so we were not left with any doubts.

Easy admin. Fantastic email comms/pre-course instructions. Quick turn around on emails from Oliver. Workbook was OK. Markers were quick with turnaround on exam feedback.
Instructor made it interesting with own examples and stories - instead of highlighting the workbook, why not ppt slides with visuals to cater for different learning styles?

Tony made the course enjoyable with his relaxed and friendly approach.
The lessons were simple to understand and the building was clean and inviting.

My experience with New Zealand school food & wine was very good. Our tutor was very helpful and good communication with all students. She clear all the doubt of students regarding the class.

The course content was simple to follow and the exam process was clear and concise.

Training was conducted online, but felt like we were doing it in a classroom, All the contents was clearly and professionally explained. It helped lot to do the exam and it was marked very quickly and sent the result very next day
