Food hub, as well as having a delivery and service charge , have now started adjusting the prices on the restaraunt menu without telling the restaraunt or customer , adding extra random money and stealing it from the restaurant and customer for no notification or service, just stealing and hiding it , the restaurants come to the us and show us and I’m horrified
Must be close to being illegal!

Our food was over an hour and half late!
I contacted the online chat who said wait a further 15-20mins! After they said they contacted the takeaway!
When the food arrived it was cold! I contacted the online chat again who said could only offer me 10% £2.50! I said i was disgusted with that and they increased it to £5 which i wasn't happy with. But they were not for offering anything else!
Do not order from this app! I certainly won't be!

If you’re a takeaway looking at using Foodhub, avoid at all costs. Sold it to us as we’d be able to integrate all apps onto 1 console, you can’t 🤬 you still need all the original consoles out as the only integration is the orders come through their console and they charge for the privilege. You still need all the others for everything else including on the way etc, complete waste of time. Their customer service is below 1⭐️ loads of departments that don’t communicate with each other, classic 1 hand not knowing what the other is doing 🤷🏼♂️. Months into it with dozens of complaints from ourselves I get an email from a director asking me to take the time to fill out a survey explaining why we hadn’t decided to use them????🤬
Months of dealing with idiot after idiot who’s only solution to attract customers is reduce prices and give more offers, wow if you’re giving it away I’m sure you’ll get a couple of extra customers through the door, we finally give up and terminate the contract. Followed all instructions, pictures at various stages of wrapping, proof of postage which I had to pay for but it would be returned when equipment gets back to them. I notice still taking the monthly rent 3 weeks after the termination so start chasing up with all the contacts that we’re dealing with us as a partner, none of these want to know and give you a number that puts you through an automated switchboard for 30 mins at a time so cancelled the direct debit. Took less than 48hrs for the threatening emails 🤣 let’s see how far it goes before 1 department tells the other that I’m no longer a customer 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

we have used lucky star for some years always good but last night we had all family round to celebrate my 80th birthday.we ordered at 6pm deliverd nearly 8pm
wee wherer given a 45 min wait time the driver claimed he could not find us despite being a long time customer.the food was cold and sauces congealed
most went into the bin as unedible will never use again

I have tried for weeks to obtain a refund from Foodhub for an order that was charged from a takeaway that was closed for holiday.
Their ‘Datman’ AI communication service sends you round in ever decreasing circles.

We used food hub for the first time a few weeks ago and then last night my husband had email confirmation of an order that we hadn’t placed delivery to an address in Manchester. We live in Staffordshire.
Clearly been hacked so we deleted our account details, spoke to our bank. The transaction was blocked and we were refunded as it was pending. We also cancelled our cards. It’s a good job my husband checks his emails daily. We will vote with feet and not use your platform again. Foodhub. You need to do better

Do not use! Someone was trying to use mine and my partners card luckily mine was an old card so they had no luck and my partners was stopped due to 9 failed attempts. So that was automatically blocked. They're lying if they say we dont store card information because how come the same transaction amount was used on mine and my partners card within 5 minutes of each other.
Cards blocked and account deleted. Do not use these in the future. Cash is king!

Another review that actually deserves zero stars. Ordered from a local takeaway in June 2024 and May 2025 for which Foodhub handled the payment and my bank account has been emptied by a guy in Nottingham ordering tobacco deliveries from corner shops. Foodhub are no help at all but I’ve seen similar reviews on here and on Facebook that the same has happened to them. AVOID!!!

Should have given it 0 stars if was possible, appaling service from a non competent mob , they dont care about their customers. Over an hour wait for a driver to pickup the food which didn't even then happened, they cancelled the order on me , didn't bother to compensate neither saying sorry. Hope you'll go out of business soon....do not recommend , beware!!!

DO NOT USE Foodhub WEBSITE to order a TAKEAWAY. I did whilst on holiday in North Wales a few days ago and this evening I have had to cancel my card as someone has tried to use it to purchase £135 worth of goods from ASICS. This is the ONLY new website I have given my details to, luckily any new payments have 2 step verification so the payment failed but I now have had to speak to my bank and cancel my card. It seems from reviews on here that I am not the only one to experience this unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star!

Used foodhub once with a local restaurant and then foodhub stole my card details and made several charges adding up to over £100. Luckily my bank noticed and I got all the money back, had to freeze my card and get a new one. DO NOT USE FOODHUB THEY STEAL YOUR CARD DETAILS
