Very good calzones. Fries were soggy by the time we got them. Loved the zucchini sticks! Generous portions. Will definitely order again.
The application is so easy to use. They tend to have a good selection of restaurants no matter where I am located. The prices for service fees and delivery fees beat similar food delivery applications. Also, when I've had a rare issue with an order, their customer support has been responsive and resolved my issues to my satisfaction if not exceeding.
Great service and on time delivery from great restaurants, plus every time you order, you earn points towards discounts on future orders, which is great if you order delivery a lot. I have chronic fatigue, so I use this service frequently, and it helps me save money on food delivery.
We ordered the food at 5:30 and it didn't arrive until 8:00. Two phone calls didn't help. Both times I was told that the food was already out for delivery and the restaurant didn't know when the food would arrive. I can't tell if the restaurant or the delivery or Foodler was the problem. But in any case I am never using Foodler again. The way it is set up nobody accepts responsibility for this unacceptable service.
7/29 update: I did a call from the restaurant promising to credit me in full. Checked my card a few days ago and I still see a Foodler charge for the full amount. I sent an email direct to Foodler yesterday asking them to get this fixed. No response.
8/3 update: Finally got the refund from Foodler from the problem a month ago. Still haven't decided if I'll ever go back. But they did fix things after this posting and emails.

Foodler has resolved many issues between e and restaurants and. Have earned quite a bit of free food. I highly recommend this site for ordering food.
Delivery took over two hours and the food arrived cold.

Absolutely would recommend this company...makes ordering delivery online so much easier and their perks with Foodler Points are a plus !
I have a broken knee and leg (!) and have used Foodler when I need to eat. They are always on time and polite, and never a problem with the billing. Full marks!!!
In general, I like Foodler - I find it incredibly convenient and I enjoy the rewards. I did not give the 5th star, however, because I did recently file a complaint with them that I received a template response to and did not feel I was taken seriously or valued as a customer at that time.

I got the spinach gnocchi with shrimp and chicken. Best Italian food I have had! Will order again for sure!
The Wok is perfectly adapted to create orders for delivery. I've ordered from them just a very few times but they've already come to know my preferences without my even having to tell them. Today for example I was not feeling very well and forgot to specify steamed rice as opposed to fried. Well I called to fix that but they had already done so remembering that I always did order steamed rice. The Foodler app is generally pretty good too and is easy to use. One thing I like the most is that you can easily order even before the restaurant of your choice is even open.
Very good food and it came faster than expected. Driver did not wait or bring the food up so I was not able to give him/her an additional tip.
Loved ordering from foodler until they put a block on my account thats been on there for a whole year without a reason why. Then when I called customer support to fix my account they gave me the number to billing department thats always unavailable and never returns calls or voicemails. I have called billing department 10 times today it has said billing department unavailable please leave a message. Which is crazy why would a billing department be unavailable.. And I still dont understand why my account has a block on it for a whole year haven't been able to order since March of 2016.
