I recently had my 3rd visit to Foot Factor (over the past 5 years) for my third set of bespoke orthotics. I have always seen Hugo, who is amazing. The difference the orthotics have made to my life cannot be underestimated. Due to a connective tissue condition, I had suffered for more than a decade from chronic pain in my feet/ankles due to my arches collapsing. Although I had received orthotics via the NHS, they had made little change to the debilitating pain I was suffering from. I am now able to enjoy my paid job, as a tour guide within the Houses of Parliament, on my feet for hours at a time (walking around 15,000 steps a day), something that would have seemed impossible previously. The orthotics are made for you whilst you wait after your consultation (approximately 90 minutes in total). They are worth every penny. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Recently had some orthotic insoles made here. I felt that I was given time to go through my issues and that the impact the insoles would have was thoroughly explained. The insoles were made while I was there and 3 weeks later my feet are in heaven! Yes, it is expensive but I wish I had taken the plunge years ago! I thoroughly recommend Foot Factor.

I had orthotics made here a few years ago and found they helped me improve my technique and comfort in sports like skiing. So I've just been back for a new pair and I'm impressed with the new premises. Hugo was very professional and explained each step in the process from diagnosis up to adjusting the finished product. Trained in the French pattern, unlike UK trained techs, you walk away with orthotics made there and then - and they are perfect every time!

The practice has also seen a major upgrade since they moved one floor down in the building, so I’m watching with interest, their plans to add more folks to the team, including a podiatrist, so the future looks fantastic for the practice.

I’ve had bespoke orthotics for years, and now know they were doing absolutely nothing. Foot Factor’s bespoke orthotics are nothing short of magical. Changed my ankle pain instantly for the better. Walked in after month and months of pain, left the same day with new orthotics that put me immediately in a much better place and allowed me to walk without huge pain. Miraculous! Highly recommend these guys!

Foot Factor was a huge help in resolving my heel pain. They provided me with custom orthotics and were quick to identify the root of the problem. Since then, the pain has completely gone away. The staff were knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing foot care!

Have been visiting Foot Factor since 2009. Don’t need to go too after as their orthotics last a long time if you look after them.
Got orthotics for my trainers originally and that stopped a bunion forming. I then got them for my ski boots and it sorted out intense pain in my forefoot. The orthotics aren’t cheap but I was in so much pain skiing and had spent money on cheaper custom insoles that only worked for a few days. I had an initial problem with the left foot but it was solved in a free follow up appointment.

Fabulous experience. I dont have foot pain but have some occasional knee pain so decided to make sure i had the right insoles. Kristin was excellent and i now have personalised insoles for my different shoes. very quick and loved the different machines that assess gait etc. def worth doing to protect yourself!

I had a quick appointment with Hugo and made a pair of orthotics to help with my leg disparity and foot pronation. He was very kind, pleasent to speak to, and professional, it was extremely quick and I feel the orthotics improving my posture. So five stars!

Excellent center, made custom insoles right during the consultation, no need to wait, this is amazing. After a long painful search, I finally found this wonderful center, calling where, I immediately got the impression that they understand what they are doing here. I also liked that they have a website and Instagram where you can get to know the work in advance, what it looks like, before trusting your health and bringing money. This is very helpful when deciding to sign up for a consultation.
From my experience - usually even when talking to the administrator by phone it becomes clear whether it is worth contacting and trusting, asking a few sometimes uncomfortable questions - a professional will easily cope with them. I came here from another city and received a high level of service, which unfortunately is not often encountered. As soon as I saw the specialist Hugo - I immediately calmed down and was happy, it was clear that a professional who understands his field, and also knows how to listen and understand person, is ready to really help and has the necessary knowledge. I am also very happy with the insoles made - now I feel like a different person, and my feet are grateful and happy! Thank you to your team that you exist, you deserve a good review. You satisfied me 100% and radically changed my life! Now my new muscles have finally started working, which were not included due to the incorrect position of the feet. I recommend this center, the insoles are a huge help, the position of the feet is our foundation, the base of how we go through life. For a long time I underestimated the importance of insoles until I encountered problems that could no longer be ignored. It's never too late to take care of yourself!
