very useful so far
i haven’t been using it very long but so far ive already noticed just taking the action of logging my food im way more careful with what i eat and i’ve consistently hit my goals every day, overall i think the app makes me hold myself accountable

Disappointed in their customer service
Disappointed in their customer service. Was not given warning about their auto renewal which drastically increased the price. When I emailed about it, they replied with he seemingly friendly, but more socondescending email and basically said we’re keeping your money.

I was ready.
I was ready. Weight continued to rise, menopause wasn’t helping but my diet wasn’t always great, either. I’m not quite a week in and so far it’s been very doable. I won’t tell you it’s easy, it takes work, some food prep and some forethought, but this app takes the guess work out for me. I’m already feeling better, no sugar cravings and down 2lbs. I do plan on increasing my physical activity in addition to this diet change. Now that I’m getting all this protein I need to send it to work!!

Be careful to look at the fine print and recurring charges. This is a company that will NOT send you any notification on when your next charge is coming and will charge you and not refund you for any reason. They will take your money even though you haven't even used their service.

Buyer Beware!
App is good, the support is not so good. Good luck if you don't like it or logged into your app click on something that creates a second account and charge... you cannot get your money back.
I reached a food logging limit of 100 and then proceeded to have me purchase again. Didn't know the app and web site are different accounts and could not find a way to link them.

I've just signed up, but pressed the wrong button!
I've just signed up, and unfortunately, like others, pressed the wrong button and got charged an extra $45, I have informed Customer Support, so I'm hoping they'll refund me. I'll post an update when I know more. Looking forward to using the app, so far, it looks very well put together!
Update: The CS team initially told me that they wouldn't refund me as I pressed the continue button, but I told them I'd add a bad review on TrustPilot if they didn't refund me.
They have refunded my $45 on the workbooks, but be warned if you're buying this app on your phone as on the workbook offer page, there is a “Skip” option available at the top of the page so you can skip the extra offers. If you press continue, it automatically adds on the workbook offer bundle and charges you $45. To avoid the charge, press the “Skip” button!!
