I've just signed up, but pressed the wrong button!
I've just signed up, and unfortunately, like others, pressed the wrong button and got charged an extra $45, I have informed Customer Support, so I'm hoping they'll refund me. I'll post an update when I know more. Looking forward to using the app, so far, it looks very well put together!
Update: The CS team initially told me that they wouldn't refund me as I pressed the continue button, but I told them I'd add a bad review on TrustPilot if they didn't refund me.
They have refunded my $45 on the workbooks, but be warned if you're buying this app on your phone as on the workbook offer page, there is a “Skip” option available at the top of the page so you can skip the extra offers. If you press continue, it automatically adds on the workbook offer bundle and charges you $45. To avoid the charge, press the “Skip” button!!

Subscription charged, no refund option
Update, after writing a review, Formula gave me a full refund! I don’t know why we have to go so far to get a reaction, but I am happy with the outcome. Thank you Formula!
I supposedly subscribed to a yearly plan with them a year ago, but only used the app for a short while and actually completely forgot that it even existed! A new subscription fee was taken from my card this morning and I had to ask ChatGPT who the transaction was for, which is how I got to this app. I went into the app and cancelled my subscription immediately and requested a refund as I wil not be using the app at all. But they just told me I didn’t cancel my subscription in time, so they can’t refund me!! I realize it was my responsibility to cancel, but honestly, paying a second year for an app I won’t be using is unacceptable. With this being yearly subscriptions they have to notify people a few days beforehand to remind people to decide whether they want to keep the subscription or not!!!!! Sometimes looking at the situation is better that looking at terms a conditions and just ignoring people!! I reached out through messaging and got ignored right after I asked if i could request a refund, then sent an email and got a reply stating it will not be refunded…. Unacceptable

I signed up for a trial period of three months. I got what I needed in that three month period. So the app was OK during that time. I have no complaints about that. However, when it came time to cancel, it was quite another story. I missed the first billing of the subscription which more than doubled the cost of what I paid for the trial. They don’t send you an email and let you know they’re going to charge you or a text message or phone call nothing. Then I was charged on March 14 and as soon as I saw the charges, I reached out to PayPal to cancel and obtain the company contact, which was two days after the charges posted. I requested a cancellation and a refund for the recent charges because I no longer wanted access to the app. They refused to refund me. They told me that I would need to continue until June, but they would cancel the remainder of the subscription. I was only two days into the three month period. I hadn’t logged into the app in months which they could easily check. They refused to allow me out of that three month period. All they would do is cancel any future charges. So now I’m stuck paying for something I have absolutely no use for and no intention of ever using again. What started at as a $29.95 trial turned into about $150 and it wasn’t easy tracking them down, getting in touch with them and canceling. Luckily PayPal canceled it too because I would not trust these sheisters to do the right thing. For anyone else I would definitely recommend researching anti-inflammatory diets online and not sign up for this app because it’s going to cost you a lot of money. You have to write down the date that you need to contact them to cancel because they will not give you an alert and if you call them after it’s charged, they absolutely refuse to cancel and credit. And they refuse to do the right thing. I had an email exchange with them a few times and they absolutely 100% refused to credit my account. They expect me to just continue for another three months. When I contacted them within two days of it hitting my account. Unbelievable. If you have to force people to use your products by ripping them off then you know your product stinks. Put these people out of business.

Low class customer service…
I signed up and right at the end there was another menu that was very sneaky and I didn’t even realize that the button I clicked was signing up for something else. So on top of my intended charge (around $28), I was billed an additional $47.99. Even though I immediately contacted the company they would not refund one penny. Then had the nerve to comment “we’re so sorry, your feedback is helpful but nothing we can do.”
Clearly they could have fixed the problem. Total waste of mo ey. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

For instance water consumption doesn’t allow for various ounces to be automatically recorded.
The portion sizes for foods to be consumed, I find a little time consuming in finding the right weight/ounces, etc

Deceptive billing practice
Strict adherence to carnivore diet did not result in significant weight loss after 1 month trial. My credit card was auto debited after first month when I had no intention of renewing.
