Recently moved into my new house, Fort Knox was able to meet my needs and expectations. The technician they sent Jose Marques was very professional and knew how to protect my house the way I needed it. Thank you Fort Knox!

Great installer, kept informed of arrival time, did great job, explained everything and gave me other options to consider. Very happy with service.

Our Tech, Jessie, was exceptional during the install. He was very knowledgable and made some excellent recommendations on what to install where. The process went smoothly and Jessie was also very thorough on every detail of the install, no matter how small. Afterward, he went through how to operate the system and I feel comfortable managing it - I appreciate the time he took to build and demonstrate the system as well.

Overall, the technology and monitoring seem solid so far, the install process exceeded my expectations.

Then Installer was very prompt in keeping the appointment. I work from home and was unable to talk with him when he finished the installation. So, he text me his # and advised me I could call him when I finished and he would walk me through the operation of the alarm.
