Fort Knox Home Security & Alarm Bewertungen

Jose came and quickly and professionally installed the alarm system. He walked me through how to use it and it is very user-friendly.

Great product, good price, Jesse was very helpful with the install. Had the system installed today so I can't comment on longterm usage.

Great service, and the technician did a fantastic job.

Have just engaged Ford Knox Home Security and am very pleased with result. They are much more willing to work with clients' special requirements than their peers. However, while management and support folks are great, I was most impressed with the front line staff that deals with the customer. James Taylor in Sales is very knowledgeable, low-pressure and patient. He goes the extra step to helping the customer understand their processes, pricing and expectations. Our installer, Sean Pelley is very experienced, friendly and one of the most persistent techs I've ever met in making sure that the equipment is property installed and that the customer's expectations are met. For example, a faulty wire in one of our zones was causing mistaken signals. Sean worked at it for hours and developed a clean and effective work-around and did so with good humor throughout. They've assembled a great team of people that stays with you as a customer from start to finish. No need to pass from one person to another and repeat your story over and over. Recommend them highly.

I am SUPER PICKY and I have to say that Jesse did a great job with my install.

I had an amazing experience and I do recommended.

I was very impressed with Sean, the Tech who installed the system. He walked me through the process, options available and was very efficient and had me up and running in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was very personable. So far, I am very happy with my choice of systems.

I was delighted to switch from VIVINT to Fort Knox! The tech was awesome at handling what VIVINT couldn't and was very professional.

Great service, install was a breeze! Jose was very nice and polite, would reccemend!

James Taylor was my representative and he gave me a good deal. He also made it easy and quick for same day install, so very convenient for me. Jose Marques was the technician and he did a good job with the install. He also did a good job explaining the system and its workings. Overall a great experience.

Great workers! On time, friendly, and professional. We liked Sean as our Tech.

Showed up on time, cleaned up a huge mess left from ADT/Protect Your Home/The defenders installer. Sean figured everything out the "other guys" could not. He even gave us some advice on how to better protect our home. It was nice to finally deal with an installer who knew his stuff. Thanks Sean!!

New customer with Ft Knox. After shopping around, I decided to choose Ft Knox, based on their online reviews. Everything has been 5 star so far! Pricing and value are fantastic, customer service was excellent, and the installer was on time and very thorough. Couldn't be happier so far, highly recommended!

Jose was awesome today! Great service and on time!

Sean did an awesome job!!
He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Fort Knox to all my friends.

We had our home security system installed this morning after a recent break in. We were helped by Jose Salazar who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable with my choice of home protection. I'll be sleeping much easier knowing my family is safe.

Fort Knox Security was very professional from my 1st call inquiring about their services and plans, throughout the installation and customer service follow up. I will recommend to any family member or friend needing to install or upgrade their security services.

Service was great. Sean arrived at beginning of time frame window and thoroughly explained everything. Installation and set up was very simple. Customer service/sales representative was super accommodating and willing to get me the package/price I was looking for.
