At first, I was dubious about using an agent. I thought the process would be expensive and we'd be treated like a number. I was wrong.
From the first email with India, to the most recent meeting with Omar, I have received swift, speedy, transparent and real first-class service in every aspect. Found has treated me like their most important customer, no matter the query or time. I'm so glad I chose Found to work with in our office relocation: they found many options for us and made the process so easy. They did all the leg work and we have simply had to say "yes" or "no". No matter the city, the budget, or the last-minute changes (and trust me, there have been plenty), he always delivers—securing the right space at the right price. I've brought Isaac with me through job changes, and he almost adapted to the new culture and its needs faster than i do.

Being a grumpy middle aged man I’m not a big fan of reviews however Omar and his team were so efficient I felt I had to highlight just how easy Found made the process. With their help (and patience) we’ve found (excuse the pun) a phenomenal new office space at a big discount to list price. Happy campers? Absolutely.

I’ve never worked with brokers before due to negative reviews I’ve heard, but my experience with Found was completely different. I felt truly heard, and our my requirements – pricing, location, design, etc. – were met. Thanks to this, we’re excited to be moving into our new space in early 2025! Special shout-out to Josh, who was incredibly responsive with updated proposals and answers, and even carried my 4-month-old puppy while I toured spaces. Found were amazing! Such a good experience from start to finish.

Josh really took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Such a lovely team to work with, it felt like you were dealing with a good friend from day one who genuinely cared about finding you the right space.

We definitely weren't the easiest customer changing requirements, locations, move in dates, budgets etc but Josh / Found were beyond amazing throughout and took everything on board, rolling with the changes and found us the perfect space - beyond expectations.
