This is the first negative review I've ever written in my life. Being in the business world I am fully aware of the damage they can have, but I feel that others need to be informed before doing business with this company. We started working with Fountainhead June 2021 for advertising on amazon and some active content creation. We worked with them for about 10 months for advertising on amazon only and spent about $36,000 in management fees in that time. While working with them on advertising we had decided to go through a website redesign and they had convinced us to do a "blueprint" for $4,000 so that it could be mapped out for a developer or used as a credit towards a build with them. After they presented the blueprint we ultimately decided to utilize them since we had an established relationship. The estimated cost for the build was $22,487 with the blueprint it should have brought it down to $18,487. Once committed they started the project. No updates were provided as they made it very clear from the start there would be none, which I thought was odd. We got bills every night for thousands and never had an idea of when it was going to end. Fast forward to May after I had to reach out multiple times for updates our bills racked up to $36,000. I finally asked for specifics on what was going on, how close we were to finishing the project, and why there had been no communication after blowing through the original estimated cost with more build to go. They offered a $6,000 refund and 15hr credit. Although nice they never apologized or explained how this could happen. The build continued and bills started coming again. They handed over the website and we had some tweaks that were necessary, but did not want to change much because of the cost skyrocketing. The final website looked terrible. The search bar did not work, our checkout page looked like it was created in Microsoft Word, and I was forced to have them update generic pictures that were used and sent more invoices as a result. We are not website builders so I was not aware of how bad the back end was as well, but the site was performing at an F on speed and there was zero security built in. After spending a total of $37,356 on the website with Fountainhead we are now working with a company that was referred to us who is cleaning and redoing the site to an acceptable standard for thousands more. We have come to the conclusion that we were duped by a greedy company who was only interested in sending bills. We have since moved all our advertising from this company in the middle of the website build when we realized what was going on. They were overcharging management fees and we have gotten better results for ½ the price. Additionally, I had emailed our displeasure about 3 weeks ago, and they have yet to respond to a client who spent over $70,000 with them in the year.

TLDR: They did not deliver on the advertising side with results, they failed on the budget, they failed on the timeline, they failed on communication, they failed on customer service, and they failed the website build. All in all this was a complete waste of money and time.

Exactly what we needed!

FountainheadME is exactly what our company needed. The process did take some time but we went from $1k in revenue to over $10k in months on Amazon. We had to find the right mix. Our Account Manager, Brian, has done an excellent job. He works hard and is by our side through it all. We are in the process of working with them building out a whole new ecommerce site and system. We trust them and the work they do for us. It continues to pay off.

Dan has been excellent to work with, and always is providing us with the information we request. Communication is always timely.

They charge you a lot of money to make your AMAZON listings worst instead of better. Stay away at any cost.

I hired this company to update and upgrade the quality of my amazon listings. They were quick to charge the invoices directly from my Bank account and delivered nothing but problems. From incomplete listings to having all of my products pulled from Amazon due to wrong uploads.

I am activating my lawyer immediately to deal with this company.

Daniel has been a great asset in managing and building out presence on Amazon.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with them. My TCOS was 350 - 450%. We couldn't gain any traction on amazon. Extremely frustrating experience and the group didn't seem to know how to fix our problems and improve it. ROAS was $0.20 - $0.40. We stuck with them for 5 months but they almost made us go bankrupt... Spending $7k in PPC marketing costs per month to get JUST $3k in revenue. HORRIBLE.

This isn't the cheapest company to work with but they have a lot of knowledge in this field and truly have your best interest in mind. Dan was very communicative and understand that for some people this isn't their full-time job and worked with us on meeting times and video calls. We have put a pause on their services for now until next quarter when we can allocate more funds but we will most definitely be doing more business with FountainHead.

Great assistance and experience when we really needed it, Dan interpreted our needs and helped us get a plan in place. We saw immediate improvement in sales and learned how to understand the performance metrics. We were given clear definition of deliverables upfront and given clear definition of those prior to engaging in the contracts.

We tried a lot of other agencies to help our Amazon operations, but the quality of work and support was never good. It was usually bad, honestly. Working with Fountainhead has been nothing but good this past year. I appreciate the attention and professionalism, and how they're always looking to raise our bottom-lines and percentage of market share. Thank you, all.

They took us to the next level. Our Amazon sales started to plateau (and dip) after the past two solid years of growth so that's when we hired Fountainhead. About 2 months in and we're growing again! I knew our team was good, but am still taken back my their expertise (especially our account manager Jon) when it came to the keywords, algorithm, and especially the paid PPC.
